Main Signal Foundation Casting-Excavation , Casting Cement Concrete foundation for Colour Light Main Signal Post as per approved drawing provided by Clients using standard size galvanized Anchor bolts & nuts for erection of colour light signal post, plastering with cement - sand mixture, complete with material including cement, sand, aggregate, anchor bolts and nuts and curing of casted foundation, refilling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site.

Half Location Box Foundation Casting-Excavation , Casting Cement Concrete foundation for Half Location Box as per approved drawing provided by clients using standard size galvanized Anchor bolts & nuts for erection of Half Location Box, plastering with cement - sand mixture, complete with sub-contractor's material including cement, sand, aggregate, anchor bolts and nuts and curing of casted foundation, refilling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site.

Full Location Box Foundation Casting-Excavation, Casting Cement Concrete foundation for Full Location Box as per approved drawing provided by Contractor using standard size galvanized Anchor bolts & nuts for erection of Full Location Box, plastering with cement - sand mixture, complete with sub-contractor's material including cement, sand, aggregate, anchor bolts and nuts and curing of casted foundation, refilling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site.

Shunt Signal Casting-Excavation, Casting Cement Concrete foundation for Shunt Signal as per approved drawing provided by Contractor using standard size galvanized Anchor bolts & nuts for erection of colour light signal post, plastering with cement - sand mixture, complete with material including cement, sand, aggregate, anchor bolts and nuts and curing of casted foundation, refilling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site

Main Signal Installation - Signal with complete fittings (CLS unit, post, base, ladder, ladder guards, platform and MS supporting bracket in the middle of the ladder, hoods, pinacles, offset brackets, Junction/stencil type route indicators (if any) - 1 way to 6, 'A'/'AG' signal etc.) Painting, Writing, installation of LED unit, fixing of Number Plates, fixing of protective screen on signals, filling of Sand, cable entry, termination, wiring & Testing as per given in client's Requirement.

Shunt Signal Installation -Installation of Shunt Signal with complete fittings (CLS unit, post, base, offset brackets, Painting, Writing installation of LED unit, fixing of Number Plates, fixing of protective screen on signals, filling of Sand, cable entry, termination, wiring & testing as per Requirement.Erection, Painting, Fitting, Termination, Wiring, etc. with complete installation including testing of Full Location Box-Location Box including transportation from warehouse to site, painting, fitting, termination of all types of cables, identification labeling, filling of Sand, wiring & testing as per instruction of Contractor. All the materials required for erection, painting, fitting (Hylem Sheets, Terminals, Fuses, etc.), termination of cables, identification labeling (Writing work), wiring (Wire, Lugs, etc.), etc.shall be procured by Metro Railtech Engineers.

Erection, Painting, Fitting, Termination, Wiring, etc. with complete installation including testing of Half Location-Location Box including transportation from warehouse to site, painting, fitting, termination of all types of cables, identification labeling, filling of Sand, wiring & testing as per instruction of Contractor. All the materials required for erection, painting, fitting (Hylem Sheets, Terminals, Fuses, etc.), termination of cables, identification labeling (Writing work), wiring (Wire, Lugs, etc.) shall be procured by Metro Railtech Engineers.
