Bronze Bearing / Wear Plates are used for heavy load bearing system having low velocity of movement E.g pipe support system, bridge bearing plates etc. Bearing Plates are used to guide and control linear motion of heavy loads.

Machined Bronze Wear Plates: These wear plates are machined to close tolerance and provided with grease holes and grooves for external lubrication.

• Sintered Parts / Sintered Components / Sintered Metal Components are produced using powder metallurgy sintering process. Sintering has become an essential process to produce assortment of engineering structural components / parts. It involves heating formed compacted metal and alloy powders to just below their melting point and shaping and sizing the formed part to the required dimensions. Powder metallurgy sintering process produces precision parts having light weight, good strength, and accuracy, economically.
• Sintered metal components find application in a wide range of industries from domestic appliances, automotive, agriculture, textile, transmission to aerospace industry.

• Sintered components for transmission industries, include couplings, gears etc. and for textile industry the components include cams in textile machines.  For home appliances the sintered parts are sintered bearings used in fans, pumps, air coolers, grinders, juicers and mixers.

Various types of bronze wear plates are available : a) Fully finished machined bronze wear plates, and b) Self-lubricating bronze wear plates.

a) Fully Machined bronze wear plates: These wear plates are machined to close tolerance and provided with grease holes and grooves for external lubrication.

b) Sel-lubricating bronze wear plates: These wear plates are used in hard-to-reach areas where lubrication is difficult, for use over long periods without maintenance, at elevated temperatures. Self-lubrication in bronze wear plates is achieved by providing plugs of graphite. Graphiite plugs provide continual lubrication.

Self-Lubricating Bronze Wear Plates: These wear plates are used in hard-to-reach areas where lubrication is difficult, for use over long periods without maintenance, at elevated temperatures. Self-lubrication in bronze wear plates is achieved by providing plugs of graphite. Graphite plugs provide continual lubrication.

Bronze wear plates are machined to close dimensional tolerances and provided with mounting holes.
