MIC is engaged in manufacture of high quality Aluminum , Bronze & Zinc Die Cast components in complex shapes & design. Die Casting is a Fast , Cost effective manufacturing process for production of high volume , net-shaped , tight tolerance metal components.
Centrifugal casting is produced by forcing molten metal to solidify in rotating moulds. The speed of the rotation and metal pouring rate vary with the alloy and size and shape being cast.
Centrifugal casting has greater reliability than static castings. They are relatively free from gas and shrinkage porosity. Many times, surface treatments such as case carburizing, flame hardening and nitriding have to be used when a wear resistant surface must be combined with a hard tough exterior surface. Conventional static casting defects like internal shrinkage, gas porosity and nonmetallic inclusions are less likely to occur in centrifugal casting.

MIC has all in-house state of art precision machining capabilities with complete range of CNC VMC HMC highly precision machineries from 7 Axis machining down to 2 Axis with rotary tables & twin pallets for machining multifaceted machining jobs with in-house sophisticated machines including centreless , cylindrical & Flat surface grinding , Internal bore grinding & lapping , broaching , slotting , spherical milling , vertical milling , thread milling , CNC wire cut EDM machines with high speed EDM drilling specialised in high precision machining to respect our customers demand of tight and highly precise tolerances.
Our CNC turning centres have capacity of 350 MM dia machining and CNC vertical machining centres which can handle prismatic components up to 800mm * 500mm and horizontal machining centres equipped with 4 axis rotary tables for multiple axis machining in single setup and also a twil pallet horizontal machining centre which can handle variety of multifaceted machining jobs.
In addition to extensive CNC machining facilities, we maintain a precision and advanced machine shop that includes series of conventional machines, mother machines, precision grinding and ZNC EDM machine. Using state-of-the-art CNC technology & an advanced conventional machine shop, we are able to meet complex requirements quickly and economically. Finishing Process
