Metal Closures manufactures metal packaging products made of tinplate sheets for dry-cell (zinc carbon) batteries of sizes UM-1U / R20 (D), UM-2U / R14 ( C) and UM-3D / R16 (AA). Products made include printed metal sheets, blanks and top-bottom components for all three sizes and jackets of R16 (AA) size.

Dry-cell batteries with metal jackets are leak proof and increase the battery life as against batteries with poly or paper jackets.

Screwcaps or Mettlecaps are made of aluminum sheets and are fitted with Saran-tin or Saranex liners, EPE liners and non-refillable pourers. These are long caps with height upto 60mm. The top face of the caps can be printed or embossed while high quality decoration is done for the sides of the caps. These caps come with matte, satin or glossy finish that helps enhance visual appeal and brand image. These caps provide for easy opening, reopening and storing. When used for wines, the Mettlecaps provide for aging. They preserve the freshness and aroma of the wine and are preferred to corks. Bottles can be stored upright , with this the entire bottled product can be seen. They do not require specialized or additional retail shelf space.

Ropp caps have multi-color litho on top, and multi-colour dry offset printing on side wall. The caps can also be manufactured with embossing and chamfering of top surface or side wall.

the ropp caps also come with stel type finish wherein, the cap's lower part remains on the bottle after opening. This retained part can either be with multicolor offset side printing or embossed and chamfered.
