An Exhauster or Blower consists of a rotating system of Shaft & Impellers operating in a specially designed casing with Inlet & Outlet connections. The shaft is made of High Grade Carbon Steel, machined & ground to accommodate the Impellers & Bearings. A good quality rubber compound bonded ( molded ) over a cast iron core forms a Bonded Rubber Tyre Wheel. The load carrying capacity as well as life of BRT wheel is much more than that of SRT wheel. Castings can be returned back to us for re-bonding of rubber when it is worn out
These wheels are manufactured by compression molding shredded cotton fabric, soaked in good quality phenolic resin. The hardness of Fibre wheel is higher than the hardness of UHMW wheel. As a result, the chance of steel burr lying on the shop floor getting embedded in the wheel surface is remote. The acidic or alkaline chemicals have little effect on these wheels.

Heavy Duty castorsare recommended where floor conditions are not good & MD castors needs frequent replacement. These castors can withstand occasional shock loads & higher speeds. Heavy Duty swivel castors are of two types. i.e. HD-F & HD-C. However, important dimensions such as mounting holes, overall height etc. are exactly same for both types of castors. Therefore, matching fixed castor [ FX(HD) ] is same for both types of swivel castor. SRT, BRT, PU-PP, PU-CI, PP, NYL, UHMW, FBR, CI wheels can be used inheavy duty castors.
Twin castors have the advantages of greater load carrying capacity for the same castor height. The load is distributed over a wide floor area. But because of the differential movement of two wheels, the scrubbing action that arises on turning from the use of wide tread single wheel is avoided. The use of twin castor is, therefore, advantageous than use of single wheel castor with wider tread width of the wheel. Attachments such as wheel lock, wheel brake & swivel lock can be provided on these castors.
SRT, BRT, PU-PP, PU-CI, PP, NYL, UHMW, FBR, CI wheels can be used in heavy duty twin castors.
Light duty extra strength castors are particularly suitable where LD castors fails too frequently & where loads are moderate. Both LD & LD-X castors looks like same. Only difference is LD-X castors are manufactured from higher plate thickness.
SRT, PU-PP, PP, UHMW wheels are assembled in LD & LD-X castors
Medium Duty castors are designed to carry moderate loads i.e. more than LD or LD-X castors, and are suitable for various types of trolleys used in industries, warehouses, godowns, stores, railway platform and so on. These castors are also suitable for hospital furniture, laboratory equipments or food serving trolleys where load carrying capacity required is higher & the light duty castors need frequent replacement.
SRT, BRT, PU-PP, PU-CI, PP, NYL, UHMW, FBR, CI wheels can be used in medium duty castors.

Wire rope hoists are designed as per international standard and suitable for class IV duty operations squirrel cage crane duty induction motors, class F insulation.

Rope drum is made of seamless pipe accurately machined & grooved to ensure proper seating of wire rope in a right layer.
The rope guide is made of special closed grain casting & is designed and accurately machined to suit the grooves of the rope drum & prevent the rope from overriding & loosening.
