Merchair's Metallic Filters are designed to meet requi-rement of kitchen application. They may be applied to all envirourment where food is prepared & high amount of oil, metallic filters & other greases are common. Those particles are absorbed by steam which will be drawn off by our metallic filters.

Media: 7 layers of Aluminium Wire mesh interspaced with three crumpted layers & 4 flat layers.

Merchair's Fine Filters are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 779 and frame was designed of rigid Aluminium / Galavnized Frame. It is used to remove solid particles such as dust, polle, mould & bacteria from the air.

Media: 100% washable Non-Woven Synthetic media supported by Aluminium Mesh on one side & finished with HDPE mesh on the other side.

Merchair's high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters are Made by very fine high efficiency micro fiber glass paper media interspaced with hot melt pleating. The filter was constructed of Aluminium seperotor pleated with media pack in order to provide the high efficiency with lowest possible resistence. They are manufactured as per the standards of efficiency such as those set by the United States Department of Energy (DOE)& are in accordance with the European Standards EN: 1822.

Merchair's Bag Type or Pocket filters are assemble into the frame by mouth ring to form a structure to prevent pocket drop off during operation. It is constructed from fine Synthetic filter media & assembled in Aluminium frame. Its provides high holding capacity and low resistence. Needle pinching and melt blown layer is providing the filter efficiency.

Merchair's Pre Filters are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 779 and frame was designed of rigid Aluminium / Galavnized Frame. In order to get the highest efficiency of the filter, the filter was design with the media was installed pleated type in order to increase the surface area to get the highest filtration operation.
