BASIC STRUCTURE:
Machine consists of a gantry simply supported on two end carriages and driven on both sides along the longitudinal axis. The welded and distortion free box structure provides rigidity to the machine. The machine is fabricated of high frequency induction welded square tube of TATA or equivalent make.
DRIVE MECHANISM: The motion along longitudinal axis is powered by dual Stepper Motors coupled with low backlash gearboxes. This arrangement provides smooth acceleration, deceleration and controlled profile cutting speeds. The motion along cross axis is powered by Stepper motors couple with low backlash gearbox mounted on the master station.
