Schedule “M” from Food and Drug Administration ( our State Madhya Pradesh.) 4. Drug Licence No. 28/20/89 from Food and Drug Administration ( our State M.P.) 5. TGA Approval Production : We have an array of fourteen automatic machines of International standard makes, which are fed by best indigenous HS grade gelatin as the main raw material. The company has a sophisticated well-equipped quality control laboratory where all the necessary tests are carried out to approve the quality of raw material required for good manufacturing. Quality : At MCL quality control measures starts with usage of best available raw materials required for the manufacturing of capsules as well as documented system and good manufacturing practices. Printing : We firmly believe that printing of capsule opens up greater possibilities of unique identification for Pharma products. Clienteles : We have vast number of customers in domestic market including multinationals , few of them are Aristo , Ajanta, Biological Evans Ltd. Cipla, Glaxo, Lupin, Nicholas, etc. International Market : We have been exporting around 40% product to regions like Far East, Middle East, South East Asia, Africa etc. European Market : Now we are in the process of increasing our share in international market and initially we develop European Market. Accordingly we have developed TSE (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy ) free gelatin capsules considering the demand of European Market. Other products : In addition to regular EHG capsules we have process capability of manufacturing Liquid fill capsules ( capsules which can carry semi-liquid formulation, paste and liquid ) , pearlz capsules ( capsules appearance similar to metallic colour ) , preservative free capsules, Halal capsules, SLS free capsules, Flavoured capsules, Sweet caps etc.
