Planetary Mixer is a vertical batch mixer ideally suitable for mixing of ointments, paste, cream, dry powders or wet mass.
Planetary Mixer, as name suggests it has planetary type agitation pattern. The beaters rotate around itself as well as in circular path in the bowl; this enables faster and better mixing of materials at a considerably lesser time.
Special Features of Mec-well Planetary Mixer - The bowl fits tightly enough so that mixing can be achieved under Vacuum or pressure for Deaeration.
All contact parts are made up of SS-316/SS-304.

The plant comprises of liquid, water / glycol phase, manufacturing and storage vessels. The storage vessels are conical bottom type and others are hemispherical / cylindrical as the case may be. Liquid and water phase vessels are jacketed, insulated and provided with a high speed stirrer. The manufacturing vessel is working under vacuum and stirring is done by a low speed anchor type contra rotary stirrer and a high-speed homogeniser. The processed liquid and water / glycol is transferred to the manufacturing vessel to the storage vessel by pump. All interconnecting pipe lines are electropolished internally with DIN / SMS / TC filttings. Complete automation of the Liquid Manufacturing Plant through PLC and SCADA.

The processed wax and water / glycol is transferred to the manufacturing vessel by vacuum process and the final product is transferred from manufacturing vessel to the storage vessel by pump.
The equipment is custom designed to lift and position any type of container. This system ha: evolved in order to achieve dust free transfer of in process materials. It eliminates laborious manual operations and thereby enhances GMP Standards.
The elevator operates by engaging the container to a arm attached to the column. Container then raised and lowered by hydraulic system with built in safety parameters. The four point contac. bearing on the column base makes it possible to position the loaded container by hand radial tc discharge the contents in the processing equipment.
Based on the feed back from customers, "Mec Well Pharma Machinery Co." has further simplifiec the operation to make the system more operators friendly. The butterfly valves of these containers where lifting height exceeds 1 meter height can be pneumatically actuated by simple push button: with in the operators reach at the floor level.
Pneumatic Vibrator can also be used on the containers in case of sticky products. Capacity 1000Kgs. (Maximum)
