Circular Thread Rolls (Cylindrical Thread Rolling Dies) for Hydraulic Machines are generally supplied in High Carbon High Chromium Steels for Thru’ Feed and In Feed Thread Rolling operations.

The Exact Diameter of the Roll manufactured/supplied is as per the Fastener Diameter.

Brands available are :  MPT/MPT PREMIUM, AARPEE

Circular Rolls  in High Speed Steel (HSS) can also be got manufactured against order.

High Carbon High Chromium (HCHCr) Steel THREAD ROLLING DIES, DUPLEX/SIMPLEX FLAT RECIPROCATING TYPE are available in above sizes/sections in both Ground & Milled Thread :

Brands available are: ATM, MPT/MPT PREMIUM, AARPEE & PUSHUP in Ground Thread & ROLFAST in Milled Thread.

Generally, the Dies for Standard Screw/Bolt sizes in Metrics, ranging from M2.5 to M12 and in BSW from 1/8”BSW to 1/2" BSW are available Ex stock in suitable Die sections.

Sections higher than 9x8x4x1, Left Hand, Multi Start Threads, Knurling Threads and sizes/pitches not available Ex stock can be got manufactured against order.

Dies in High Speed Steel (HSS) are also supplied against order.

REGRINDING OF USED THREAD ROLLING DIES IS ALSO UNDERTAKEN.

Head Trimming Dies are available in HIGH SPEED STEEL (HSS) and HOT DIE STEEL (HDS) quality variants. 

Generally these are readily available for Hex Head shape. In addition, Dies for Trimming some special Head shapes like Square Head, D shape, Flange & Collar Bolts etc. are also supplied against order.

The sizes available range from M3 to M 24 (and 1/8” to 1”) in suitable Diameters.

Brands available are :

• In HSS we have PUSHUP Brand Dies generally supplied in Un Coated Form. CVD Coated Dies are also available on request.
• In HDS we supply SDM Make Trimming Dies. 

HCHCr Thread Rolling Dies for Self Tapping Screws are generally supplied in the following sizes/sections to suit the customer’s standard specifications: 

Dies for Wood Screw, Chip Board etc. can also be got manufactured against order.

Tungsten Carbide Cold Heading Dies are commonly supplied in various types viz; Plain Die, Pointing Die, Extrusion and Trapped Extrusion Type. Different Special face configurations are also supplied as per the customer’s specifications. The sizes range from a Pellet size of 12x20 up to 45x120 with suitable Case & Bore sizes as per customer’s requirement.
