Leadshine iSV series integrated brushless servo motors are highly integrated servo systems at very competitive costs. An iSV series integrated servo motor consists of a motor, an encoder, and a servo drive. At very compact size, it eliminates the power and encoder cable wiring in normal servo systems to save time, lower labor cost, save installation space, and increase product reliability. Motors are available in NEMA 23 frame size and can output up to 180W continuous power at peak speed of 4, 000 RPM. A standard 1, 000-line encoder is mounted, with the option of 500-line or 2500-line. The integrated high performance servo drive are DSP based adopting Leadshines advanced control algorithm which can drive the motor at very high precision smoothly with very little noise and motor heating. In addition, outputs of fault and in position signals in a integrated servo motor can be directly sent to the motion controller or external control/monitoring devices. By taking step and direction control for standard models, iSV series integrated servo motors are easy to adopt for many OEM applications. For advanced applications, Leadshine can also provide optional models with RS485 and CANopen controls.

Leadshine offers Closed Loop Stepper Motors (stepper motors with encoders) from NEMA 23 to 42 with torque up to 20 Nm (2, 832 oz-in). Those easy servo motors are integrated with 1, 000-line incremental encoders.
When driven by Leadshine's Closed Loop Stepper Motors, the system can fully close the position loops between the drive and motors and eliminate loss of movement synchronization with features of no loss of steps and no torque reservation. Compared with servo systems, easy servo systems have much higher low-speed torque that servo systems lack, significantly lower cost, no overshooting, and no hunting.
Leadshine easy servo motors can also be implemented as standard stepper motors with encoders, and driven by stepper drives with the option of outpputing encoder signal to a motion controller, PLC, or external device.
The ES-M series easy servo motors are available in NEMA 23 to 34 frame sizes with 0.9 - 8.0 Nm torque (128 - 1, 133 oz-in). It was designed to be powered by Leadshine ES-D series easy servo drives taking max 80 DC / AC voltage input.
The ES-MH series easy servo motors are available in NEMA 23 to 34 frame sizes with 4.0 - 20 Nm torque (466 - 2, 832 oz-in). It was specially designed to be powered by Leadshine ES-DH series easy servo drives taking 110 / 120 or 220 / 230 VAC direct .
Leadshine designs and manufactures high quality low voltage input AC servo motors with rated power from 50 to 750 watts. Those servo motors are available in the frame sizes of 40 mm, 60 mm, and 80 mm. Encoder resolution options include 1, 000-line, 2, 500-line, 5, 000-line, and 17-bit.For high volume OEM customers, Leadshine also offers customization to meet special requirements such as customized shafts, brakes, etc.

A Leadshine integrated closed loop stepper motor consists of a high torque stepper motor, a rotary encoder, and an integrated DSP-based digital easy servo drive. With the adoption of a high resolution encoder, shaft position of the stepper motor is fed back to the servo drive in real time. The drive can then fully close the position loop, which is the same mechanism as classic brushless servo drives. Therefore, loss of movement synchronization (step loss) in open loop stepper systems is totally eliminated.
Leadshine integrated closed loop stepper motors inherit the favored features of both open loop stepper and brushless servo systems. While still keeping costs low similar to stepper systems, fatal drawbacks of open loop stepper systems such as heating, loss of steps, noise., are eliminated and significantly improved. Compared with traditional brushless servo systems, Leadshine integrated easy servo motors outperform in high starting & low-speed torque, no hunting, no overshooting, plug-and-play for no tuning in most applications, and almost zero setting time. In addition, the totally integrated design minimizes wiring cables, saves mounting space, and is more reliable to external interference. Leadshine integrated closed loop stepper motors are currently available in NEMA 17 and 23 frame sizes with the torque of 0.3 2.0 Nm, or 43 283 oz-in. Pretty soon, more models in frame size NEMA 17, 23 and 24 will be added to this product line.

Leadshine DCM series brushed DC servo motors are made of high quality materials. They are at industrial quality and have been adopted by hundreds of OEM clients in the world in tens of industries such as CNC machinery, Inkjet printers, plotters, screen printing, lab automation, etc. Leadshine DCM brushed servo motors are integrated with standard 500-line or 1, 000-line (standard) incremental encoders. When powered by servo drives from Leadshine or other manufactures, they perform excellent in all speed range (low, middle, and high) with high precision, low motor heating & noise, smooth movement. Their frame sizes are available in 54 mm (compatible with Pittman 14000 series), or standard NEMA 23.

Leadshine's BLM series motors are highly cost-effective brushless DC servo motors. Rated speed of BLM series motors is 3000 rpm. Standard model includes a 1000-line differential encoder (EA+/EA-, EB+/EB-), and Hall Sensors with standard Hall signals (U, V, W). Servo systems built with the BLM series motors and Leadshine ACS series servo drives are able to offer AC-servo-like performance, such as high speed, high precision, low motor noise and low heating performance, while at the cost of normal stepper systems.
