We are manufacturing wide range of GMP /NON GMP Heat Exchanger from 1 square meter to 500 square meter capacity in Stainless steel grade 304, 304L, 316, 316L, Carbon Steel , Alloy Steel, Mild steel (IS : 2062). Heat Exchanger are extensively used to transfer heat energy from one medium (fluid, liquid and gas) to another medium (fluid, liquid and gas) without mixing them. We design and develop heat exchangers as per application and requirement of customer. Special corrugated tube design heat exchangers increase the heat transfer area with the same quantity of tubes thus reducing the initial costs. The corrugated design also helps in breaking the scaling by creating turbulence in the fluid flow.

Our Ribbon Blenders are available from Lab model to Heavy duty model. Ribbon Blender is a light duty blender, useful for easy mixing powder components it is a LOW SHEAR Mixer, most commonly used for SOLID/SOLID, SOLID/LIQUID Mixing and when high shearing force is not required. Its counter flow helicoids flight mounted on shaft ensuring gentle mixing.

Our Ribbon blender consist of Blades which are designed for triple action mixing to suit product end characteristics with drive arrangement & drive frame.

Ball mill is an efficient tool for grinding materials like ores, chemicals, ceramic raw materials paints etc. in to fine powder or fine paste by grinding in a wet way. The Ball Mill operates by rotating a cylinder with grinding balls like steel, CI, ceramic and pebble balls as grinding media. Material fed through the mill is crushed by impact and grounded by attrition between the balls and also the internal cascading effect reduce the material in to a fine powder. Ball Mills usually have liners inside which are replaceable when they wear. Liners will be of wave shape which key the ball charge in to the shell and prevent the slippage.The rotation of the powder mixer is usually between 4 to 20 revolutions per minute, depending upon the diameter of the mill. The larger the diameter is, the slower the rotation will be. Ball Mills are generally used to grind material " and finer, down to the particle size of 20 - 75 microns.To achieve reasonable efficiency, the ball mills are to be operated in a closed system, with oversize particles continuously being re-circulated back to the mill and to be reduced

These can have a greater pitch spacing, resulting in a higher capacity without an increase in rotation speed. They usually consist of a trough containing either a spiral coiled around a shaft, driven at one end and held at the other, or a Shaft less Spiral, driven at one end and free at the other. Screw Conveyors can be operated with the flow of material inclined upward. When space allows, this is a very economical method of elevating and conveying. It is important to understand, however, that as the angle of inclination increases, the allowable capacity of a given unit rapidly decreases. A chimneyis a structure for venting hot flue gases or smoke from a boiler to the outside atmosphere. Chimneys are typically vertical, or as near as possible to vertical, to ensure that the gases flow smoothly, drawing air into the combustion in what is known as the stack, or chimney. We manufacture various sizes of chimney 300 mm dia. to 4000 mm. diameter & 30 mtr. to 45 meter hight in the shape of bottom 30 % conical & balance top round shape with wind bracker spiral rings , top side conical hood Ladder with cage up to top level with two nos. plateform & top side one painting trolley.
