Application:

• Clean the surface and remove any dust, unsound or contaminated material, loose plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits or algae. Where breaking out is not required, roughen the surface and remove any laitance by light scabbling.
• All surface cracks should be filled up with crack fill powder.
• Brush apply two coats on entire surface.

Cement Retarder is a liquid admixture for concrete based on refined Lignosulphonates and Naphthalene formaldehyde blends. Polypropylene Fibre are precision cut polypropylene fibres which are used in mortars and in concrete to produce crack free and durable wall plasters, concrete panels and durable floor screeds. Fibres are milky white strands of poly propylene supplied in 6 mm and 12 mm lengths. The smaller 6 mm ones are used in plaster mixes whereas the longer 12 mm ones are used in concrete.

Features:Fibres are used as an additive in mortars for making crack free internal and external plasters of buildings. Block Jointing mortar is a semi premix high quality mortar for jointing and bonding of AAC blocks, concrete blocks, hollow blocks, clay bricks and fly ash bricks. Block Jointing mortar semi premix consists of cement, graded sand and specialised polymers which combine to give superior strength, water retention and stability. It replaces the conventional method and material of jointing mortar which requires a 12-18 mm thickness with a revolutionary 2-3 mm joint thickness. Application:Clean the surface to remove all loose particles and any deleterious matter. Repair all cracks, honeycombs and blemishes from the concrete surface. Brush-apply primer on the entire surface liberally. Primer is prepared by diluting one part by volume of material with one volume of water. When the primer coat is just dry apply two undiluted Coats at the time interval of 4-6 hrs.

Air-entraining s cause small stable bubbles of air to form uniformly through a concrete mix. The bubbles are mostly below 1 mm diameter with a high proportion below 0.3 mm. The benefits of entraining air in the concrete include increased resistance to freeze-thaw degradation, increased cohesion (resulting in less bleed and segregation) and improved compaction in low-workability mixes.

The volume of air entrained depends on the application and the mix design. After mixing, air can be lost during transport and pumping. Allowance should be made for this so that the correct level of air is obtained in the hardened concrete. This may mean testing at the point of discharge rathr than at the batching plant. Air entrainment reduces the density of the mix and increases yield. This needs to be taken into account when batching and mixing.

Concrete curing compound consists essentially of waxes, natural and synthetic resins, and solvents of high volatility at atmospheric temperatures. The compound forms a moisture retentive film shortly after being applied on fresh concrete surface. White or grey pigments are often incorporated to provide heat reflectance, and to make the compound visible on the structure for inspection purpose. Curing compound should not be used on surfaces that are to receive additional concrete, paint, or tile which require a positive bond, unless it has been demonstrated that the membrane can be satisfactorily removed before the subsequent application is made, or that the membrane can serve satisfactorily as a base for the later application.

Naphtha Formaldehyde Based Admixture is a high range, low dosage, super plasticising admixture for slump retention. It is a product based on refined Naphthalene formaldehyde blends.
