• All Keyless Drill Chuck are suitable for applications on Vertical/Horizontal CNC Machining Centers owing to their self tightening features.
• Wipe off the anti rust oil applied on both the Keyless Drill Female Taper & Drill Chuck Arbout Male Taper with MTO or Kerosene before assembling them together. Do not hammer or use press machine to lock the Drill Chuck Arbout & Keyless Chuck. This would distort the Chuck beyond repair.
• Heavy Duty Model specially designed for use on VMC/CNC. It is more accurate compared to the standard model.
• For right hand rotation application only.
• Supplementary Gripping Torque can be applied with the spanner which increases the gripping torque by up to 3 times
• All Keyless Drill Chuck supplied with one Spanner & MT-2 Arbor. Arbor of any other taper has to be seperately

• Small size Taper upto MT-4 made from Bearing Steel EN-31 and through hardened to 58-60 HRc.
• Big size tapers from MT-5 upwards made from 20MnCr5 and Case Hardened to 58-60 HRc.
• Broadly confirms to IS : 2289 - 1976 (Equivalent to DIN: 806-1961 / ISO : 298)
• Precision ground.
• Tip runout within 0.015 mm w.r.t. Taper.
• Standard Point Angle 60 (other Angles like 75 / 90 etc. against request)

• Made from 20MnCr5. Case hardened to 55-58 HRc.
• As per IS : 6682 - 1982. (Equivalent to DIN : 2187 & ISO : 1080 / 1975).
• Precision ground internally & externally.
• Concentricity within 0.015 mm.

To be mounted on lathe tool post. The center of the tool post has to be matched with the center of the lathe. Use a round C.I. / M.S. washer and machine the faces to match the heights.

For use on Lathes, Shapers, Planer Machines, etc. for operations like Cylindrical External & Internal Grinding, Face / Radius / Surface Grinding.

Made from alloy steel suitably heat treated and precision ground. Precision preloaded bearings used.

• Tool Post Grinder is delivered complete with sturdy guards, motor / spindle pulleys, belts and grinding wheel.
• Electric motor supplied only against request at extra cost.
• External Grinder Price includes the cast iron mounting body whereas the internal grinding attachment price does not include the cast iron body.

Rotate the external spindle only in the direction indicated by the arrow. Horizontal models of Tool Post Grinders are required to be mounted between job / work piece and operator. Vertical modesl of Tool Post Grinders can be mounted beyond the job / work piece.
