Our Profile Wire division is engaged in the production of cold finished Profile wires has various types Flat , Square, Triangle, Oval, Half Round, Hexagonal, Tear Drop, Diamond shapes etc. Other special complex profiles of Low carbon, High carbon, Medium carbon, stainless steel, alloy steel & Spring steel for different applications. We supply wide ranges of profiles with control to meet the special need and uses of different shapes in applications. These wires are produced on Cold rolling mills , Special Profile mill, Spherodized Annealing, Precision Coiling, Precision Straightening , Grinding, Polishing and Buffing etc. This division has high quality Profile wires with the help of modern testing facilities like ultrasonic tester, eddy current tester, tensile tester, and roughness tester etc. for testing both the surface as well as internal defects.
MS, Carbon & Alloy Steel is used to make these custom-shaped wires, and the size will be according to customer specifications.

Spring Steel wires are cold drawn wires made from unalloyed high carbon steel. These wires are used for the manufacture of cold formed helical springs, spring rings and wire forms.
