LAZER Anti Set Off Powder is a electrocharge powder, available in coated and regular grades. Coated powder is microencapsulated with a slip agent to allow trouble free usage in tough conditions of extremely high humidity and temperatures.
LAZER Anti Set Off Powder has excellent flow properties and are suitable for all types of offset printed jobs; also for jobs with water-based coating as a second step.

Application : Apply minimum quantity of powder required to avoid set-off. It is better to use lesser quantity of larger particle size powder than over spraying a finer one Printed stack should be periodically checked during the run for any signs of set-off. If setoff is observed, adjustments should be made to the spray unit settings, height of the pile, grade or micron size of the powder

ERAZER P. is an image remover fluid for presensitised positive long-run plates.

Usage Instructions :

• After developing, rinse the plate thoroughly and apply a finishing gum
• Shake the bottle well before use
• Apply the fluid directly on the areas to be deleted using a fine brush
• Leave the solution in contact for approximately 60 seconds with light brushing
• Repeat application if necessary. Rinse the plate with fresh water and squeeze off excess water
• Apply a finishing gum and buff dry

Storage & Handling : Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep the containers tightly closed. The use of gloves and goggles is strongly recommended while handling ERAZER P.

LAZER UV wash is a wash-up solution for offset machines using automated washing systems for UV curing inks and varnishes.

Features & Benefits :

• Designed for automated washing systems.
• Recommended as a gentle cleaner for silk screens for UV inks and / or varnishes.
• Recommended for undiluted use.
• Safe on baked positive and CtP thermal plates.
• Water washable.

Usage Instructions :

• Apply the solution directly.
• Rinse away the residue. Finish with water.
• Use of squeeze bottle recommended for controlled consumption.

Storage & Handling : Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, wellventilated area. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.

Precautions : Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges. Post wash-up application of plain water is recommended as a finishing step for complete removal of the residue.
