Description:

Easy operation, fully automatic, with PLC control to adjust the frequency to synchronize with the whole line.4. Bottle exit is controlled by the synchronous belt and star wheel to ensure stable bottle exiting and no scrambling bottles and crushing.
This is high standard advance Touch Screen PLC base Rotary Rinsing Filling Capping Machine. This machine mainly used for washing, filling and capping of Non-Aerated Drink such as Mineral water, Pure Water, Non-Gas Wine Drink, Synthetic Flavoured Juice and so on. The Machine design is shorten the time for the packaging of Pet Bottle, Outside contamination and increased the sanitation condition through out the machine and economical too.
It adopts neck holding type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle model more convenient, faster and more est. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology.

Functions of 5 Gallon Filling Machine:
1. High safety operation: automatic break protection for power leakage and short circuit;2. Under-pressure protection: when the pressure of incoming air is 0.5MPa, the filling equipment will automatically stop;3. Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the 5 gallon filling machine will stop working automatically.
Remarks:
More functions for our 5 gallon filling machines like hot tank heating washing, bottle external washing, bottle cap washing and human-computer interface control etc. could be provided upon request.

Description:
Introduction:-
We are pioneer in Used Oil Re-Refining Plant Manufacturing, Erection and Installation.
Lubricating oil after prolonged use in the engines crankcase gets degraded due to oxidation, presence of water, carbon particles, oxidation sludge etc. This oil, if not replace, will cause failure of the engine. The disposal of used oil is a major environmental problem unless it is processed safely as the indiscriminate disposal will cause pollution to water bodies and land fillings.
The proposal is to manufacture petroleum lubricant oils and other petroleum based products, from waste / used oils and manufacture of lubricants to the specification required to satisfy the International specifications.
