Filling of the grease is done through proper port provided at the housing
Spring loaded cup is provided in the reservoir for positive suction of grease
Telltale rod is provided (optional) for grease level sensing electrical with the help of limit switch
For adjusting the output of the grease discharge an adjusting screw is provide (as optional)

Whenever compressed air is given to the pump at the input port, piston moves up and discharges oil rom the outlet.
During OFF time of the compressed air, pump gets recharged, sucking oil from the reservoir.
Mounting of the pump is through 4 holes in vertical position.
There is a built in relief valve in the pump to safeguard it from overloading.
There is a special pressure reducing valve provided with the pump to bring down the pressure towards "O" during OFF time.
