Dried spinach leaves have a pleasant aroma & spinach flavour with antimicrobial property similar to fresh ones. The natural green pigment in the dried spinach leaves makes them act as a food colouring agent. It is rich in important nutrients and less in calories for each serving. These leaves provide protein, iron, minerals and also a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K, low in saturated fat. They are low in cholesterol and a good source of niacin and zinc; prevents heart attacks & atherosclerosis, anaemia & acne.
