The track rollers are mounted at the bottom of the track frame. Each earth moving equipment is built heavy and hence the rollers are bound to carry the majority of the weight of the machine during operations. They are also expected to endure heavy wear and tear during multiple operations, including the roller friction and shock loads. This also creates heat in the interiors of the rollers as well as surface to add to the wear.

• A poor quality grease fitting kills the overall life of the track tension system by about 75%. So we use high-quality zinc-coated grease fitting that improves the life cycle drastically. In this case, due to the high air pressure inside, hence if the entire fitting fails, the entire track tension assembly fails. 

• All the Track adjusters are tested with hydraulics (with given pressure) to ensure 100% leakage proof & long-lasting
