Spares  for  these  concrete  crushing  machine  ( his impectors )  require  highly  impact  and  wear  resistant  material. Following  spares  are  regularly  manufactured  by  us: Blow  liners Block  liners Wall  liners Impact  blades Impact  block Impact  side  liner  plates Impact  wall  liners Pulley End  boss Bearing  housing Seating  block Lower  wear  plates  etc.  Etc… Above  spares  are  manufactured  for  various  machine  sizes  like  600x800,   800x800,   1000x1000, and  1200x1200. Two  different  material  specifications  are  generally  used  to  manufactured  above  spares. Mn-steel  grade 1  and  grade  3 Hi-chrome  with  chrome  contents  ranges  from  11%  to  30 %  with  hardness  ranges  from  450 / 700 bhn 

These spares required for gen. Engg. Purpose, these spares are manufactured as per customer’s requirements. Manufacturer require detail drawing or sample with detail specification alongwith mechanical properties and the application of spare to produce correct spare.  

Crusher machines are mainly used for crushing of coal, iron ore, rock phosphate, bouxite and other ores.these machines require highly impact and wear resistant materials to give long life of spares to avoid frequent change of these spares. mn-steel material, which is, highly impact and wear resistant material at present is recommended to manufacture spares for crushing and grinding machines. mn- steel has various grades as per indian standard with 11 to 17 % of manganese content.these material are manufactured as per is-276. General spares required for crusing and grinding machines are: hammers, liner plates, mantles, shell liners, blow liners, wall plates/liners,   diaphragm plates,   jaw plates,   plain & tooth ring hammers.  etc ……..

M d c is required to control air pollution.these units are installed with boilers alongwith the chimney and heavy duty fan. Cyclone tubes/reversion cells, inlet  tubes, inlet guide  vanes, outlet  tubes  and  outlet  guide  vanes  are  installed  in  the  multiclone  dust  collectors.  These  are  wear  parts  and  need  replacement  from  time  to  time. All  these  spares  are  manufactured  in  various  wear  resistant  specifications  such  as  : Alloy  cast  iron  with  hardness  200/250 bhn Alloy  cast  iron  with  hardness  250/350 bhn Ni-hard  with  hardness  350/450 bhn Ni-hard  gr-4  with  hardness  450/600 bhn.
