Scope : This primer is essentially meant for vehicle refinishing, which should dry much faster than any synthetic primerand should be capable of accepting N.C. Putty after 2 hrs. Without causing any “bleeding.”

Areas of application : All types of vehicles that are to be painted with N.C. Lacquers or very fast drying synthetic enamels.

Surface preparation : The vehicles, which are to be repainted, have some kind of coating. The same should be removed preferably, byusing eurostrip (paint remover) and should show bare metal. Invariably, rust is visible which should be got rid ofusing rustosan p-07, which also helps in removing traces of oil and grease.

Directions for Use : Once the bare metal of a vehicle has been made free from rust and from traces of oil and grease, thin down theprimer using thinner 011 (to get spraying viscosity) and start spraying. No special skill is needed. There is noneed to wet sand the primer because the same can be done after putty application.

Notes : Do not use very high pressure, which will result into uneven, sandy finish because of dry spray.

Areas of Application : The product is recommended for use on steelwork as well as on concrete surfaces of fertilizer and chemical industries, battery rooms, pulp and paper plants, breweries, bottling plants, swimming pools, marine and harbour installations.

Surface Preparation :

• Steel : Remove grease, oil and other contaminants preferably by using Rustosan. Blast cleaning is also recommended. The surface should be clean and dry before application of a suitable primer.

• Concrete : Allow curing at least for 8 weeks. Remove all alkalinity by washing the surface thoroughly with 3% - 5% phosphoric acid. In case of aged concrete surface, sandblasting is ideal. Wire brushing can do to remove any oil/soil/salt deposit or lactate deposit. Make the surface free of all loose dust and moisture. In non-critical areas where blasting is not possible, water jet washing and hard wire brushing are minimum requisites.

Application :Stir the contents thoroughly before and during application.

• Brush/Roller : Apply without thinning. If required, 5% Rosalee Thinner 022 may be used.

• Airless spray : Apply without thinning.

• Galvanized and Rosalee aluminum : Degrease and abrade the surface and apply a coat of Rosalee Wash Primer Metaprime-H followed by any of the above systems.

Scope : Mild steel sheets, needed by a large number of engineering industries, come wavy, especially when they are hot rolled. In order to get aesthetic finish, the waves must be eliminated. The easiest way is to apply a coat of primer surfacer and on the dried film of which, putty must be applied. Generally, the primer surfacers are available in grey shade. If the finishing coat is white or very pastel, the grey colour needs efforts (more coats) to cover the surface. And therefore, we offer synthetic primer surfacer white.

Areas of Application : Any iron or wooden surface needing white topcoat must be covered with white primer surfacer.
