Industrial Valves

Our offered Product range includes Single Plate Check Valve, Hand Operated Butterfly Valve, Hand Wheel Operated Gate Valves, Gear Operated Gate valves and Hand Wheel Operated Globe Valves.

Single Plate Check Valve

Check valve is a mechanical device, a valve, that normally allows a fluid to flow through it in only one direction. Check valves are two-port valves, meaning they have two openings in the body, one for fluid to enter and the other for fluid to leave. There are various types of check valves used in a wide variety of applications. Although they are available in a wide range of sizes and costs, many check valves are very small, simple, and or cheap. Check valves work automatically and most are not controlled by a person or any external control; accordingly, most do not have any valve handle or stem. The bodies (external shells) of most check valves are made of metal. An important concept in check valves is the cracking pressure which is the minimum upstream pressure at which the valve will operate. Typically the check valve is designed for and can therefore be specified for a specific cracking

Hand Operated Butterfly Valve

Butterfly valves are quick opening valves that consist of a metal circular disc or vane with its pivot axes at right angles to the direction of flow in the pipe, which when rotated on a shaft, seals against seats in the valve body. They are normally used as throttling valves to control flow. Unlike ball valves, butterfly valves do not have any pockets in which fluids may become trapped when the valve is closed.

Hand Wheel Operated Gate Valves

Gate valves are characterised as having either a rising or a nonrising stem. Rising stems provide a visual indication of valve position because the stem is attached to the gate such that the gate and stem rise and lower together as the valve is operated. Nonrising stem valves may have a pointer threaded onto the upper end of the stem to indicate valve position, since the gate travels up or down the stem on the threads without raising or lowering the stem. Nonrising stems are used underground or where vertical space is limited. Bonnets provide leakproof closure for the valve body. Gate valves may have a screw-in, union, or bolted bonnet. Screw-in bonnet is the simplest, offering a durable, pressure-tight seal. Union bonnet is suitable for applications requiring frequent inspection and cleaning. It also gives the body added strength. Bolted bonnet is used for larger valves and higher pressure applications.

Features
  • Wedge: furnished with solid/flexible design at specific request of the user/client.
  • Special flange facings can be given to suit specific applications (e.g. Large or small male or female face-ring joint face etc.)
  • The valve can be supplied with matching electrically operated actuator for remote/automated control and operation.
  • By-pass arrangment/position indicator/extension stem with or without floor stand cane be provided on request.
  • Pressure seal design bonnet can be given at specific request of the user/client.
  • The design and technical data furnished here are subject to change due to continious product development

Wafer Type Butterfly Valve

Hand Wheel and Gear Operated

One of the most compact and light-weight valves available. Used for a wide range of applications, the choice of seat, lining and disc options has Increased significantly over recent years making the valve a popular choice. A wide range of materials, sizes and pressure ratings gives reliable positive isolation and moderate flow control capability over a wide range of applications throughout the industry. The metal seated valve is well established in petrochemical and oil industries being lightweight, firesafe and suitable for actuation. Butterfly valves offer a number of advantages when used for the proper application. They may be used in a wide variety of chemical services, they are available with small dimensions allowing for use in areas where space is limited, and they allow a high coefficient of flow.
