We are offering instrumentation cables. instrumentation cables annealed bare/ uniform coated with tinned/silver platted, high conductivity, and electrolytic grade solid/stranded/flexible conductor. dielectric conductor are insulated with general purpose/hr pvc compound/solid/cellular pe/pp/or any other dielectric material as per customers specification. colour of dielectric :- cores are identified with different type of color scheme as per requirement as below:- i) as per is:1554[pt-i]:88, 694:90. ii) as per iec, itd or number printing. iii) as per customers scheme. pair/triad/quad :- two/three/four cores are uniformly twisted together to form a pair/triad/quad with maximum lay length 80 mm/as per requirement of customer. The lay shall be so chosen as to minimize cross talk in the cable. individual shielding :- if required, individual shielding may be of poly aluminum [thin layer of aluminum foil bonded to polyester film] tape with annealed tinned copper drain wire. It prevents the shorting of adjacent shield and minimizes the cross talk and ground loops. A tinned copper drain wire is installed to provide continuous contact with the shield and allow to connection to ground. Tinning the drain wire reduces galvanic corrosion between drain and shield. laying of pairs/triad/quad. :- pair/triad/quad are laid up with suitable lay. The outer most layers are right hand lay and successive layers are laid up with opposite lay. Then, a melinex tape is provided to bind up laid up pair/triad/quad. instrumention cables are used in normal or hazardous area, with or without flame retardant properties, suitable for process control, a/d converters and other modern microprocessor based instrumentation circuits.these cables are designed to offer excellent resistance to noise and induction phenomena encountered in instrumentation circuits.voltage grade 650/1 I oovolts (u0/u). Core identification by color-coding or printed numerals/letters. Core- wrap one or more plastictape. Screen cores/pairs/quads can be individually or overall screened or both.screening by cu/ai-mylartape or copper braid or aluminium wire for reinforced armour types. Drain wire drain-wire of solid/stranded, bare/tinned copper wire normally provided with both individual and overall screen. Mechanical protection cables can be armoured with galvanized steel wires & strips or double helical steel tape. Inner and outer sheath pvc black/grey. Hr/frls pvc sheathing or halogen free polymeric/elastomeric sheathing also available.

All the products are manufactured as per is: 694:1990. conductor construction : electrolytic grade, high conductivity, solid / stranded / flexible / plain / tinned copper conductor as per is: 694/1990. insulation : the pvc covering over conductor is called insulation and provided by extrusion process. The insulated conductor is called a core. As per is-694 the insulation should be of type - a pvc compound as per is-5831 and it is suitable for 70°c continuous operation. Fr / frls insulation is also provided. sheath : the pvc coating on core and on laid up cores in case of multicore flexible cables is called sheath. As per is-694 it should be of type st-1pvc compound as per is-5831. Cables can be supplied with fr/frls properties also.
