The wide scope of the Superfinishing method is founded on its economic operation, its cleanliness and the extraordinary results achieved in improving surface quality and shape.
Surface roughness values obtained are remarkably low. Shape deviations such as feed marks, chatter marks and out of roundness are largely removed. There is a wide spectrum of applications for the MANISHA'S Centerless Super Finishing Machines.
Axes of all kinds, especially those designed for noise-critical bearings as used for the drive of tape recorders etc., guide columns, piston rods and plungers for pneumatic and hydraulic drives, tappets, rocker arm shafts, pistons and piston pins for internal combustion engines, sewing machines parts such as needle bars and spindles, syringe pistons, etc.
For longer life and lower noise levei of bearings, Superfinishing is must, which improves roundness. The machine is not complicated and almost maintenance free. It gives trouble free operations for years.
