The Manas make Insertion Type Electromagnetic flow meter, called SROAT - 1000i is an ideal solution for water flow measurement in large diameter pipes. Fairly good accuracy of measurement (typically 1% of flow rate) can be achieved with little care in installation of probe and transmitter. The electrical conductivity of liquid under measurement can be as low as 20 S/cm. Being insertion type, there is virtually no pressure loss. Most economical as compared to its counterpart in full bore measurement or ultrasonic measurement.
The technique called as Pulsed DC is used which offers very high zero stability and accuracy of measurement. The standard current output of 4-20 mA DC is provided which is linearly proportional to volumetric flow rate. | |

The GFMc-150 flow meter is applicable for measuring flow rates of Bio-gas, LPG, Compressed air and other compressed gases in closed conduits. It is best suited for
applications where affordability, reliability and ruggedness are of prime concerns.
In conventional system of measurement, the differential pressure generated by orifice plate is measured by DP transmitter. The output from DP transmitter after square rooting is accepted as proportional to flow rate. This assumption is true only when the density is constant.
Unfortunately density of compressible fluid is never constant. The density of compressible fluid changes with line pressure and line temperature. Thus, introducing errors in flow rate measurement.
BTU 100 L is a versatile compact energy totalizer extremely useful for measurement of energy conversion. It measures the thermal energy required for air conditioning. It accepts 3 inputs, each one from a flow meter for chilled water, inlet temperature sensor and the outlet temperature sensor. From this it calculates the thermal power and energy consumed in maintaining the temperature at given level. 9 digits are available for total energy and four digits are available for instantaneous power reading. The engg. Unit can be selected by user, either as KW & KWH Or BTU / Hr & BTU

Series MEGA Sroat is offering large sizes of Electromagnetic Flow meters introduced by Manas. The sizing ranges from DN400 diameter to DN1600 diameter. Some of the application areas include : Large Water supply schemes, Sewage measurements and Municipal Water supply schemes.
These flow meters are very accurate(Typically 0.5% of actual flow rate). Hard ebonite rubber lining makes these meters suitable for measurement of Raw Water containing even abrasive sand and quartz particles, mud etc. and still delivering long life. This Series is also suitable for sewage applications.

TheSFMc-150 Steam Flow Metersystem is engineered to suit your requirement. It has no moving parts and no wiring connections are required during installation.
The mass flow rate of Saturated and Superheated steam is calculated by measuring the differential pressure across the orifice plate and instantaneous density. Online density compensation is possible because of the online pressure and temperature measurement.

The Series SG-Sroat of Electromagnetic Flow meter is specifically designed for Food and Drug Industries, It is used for measurement of food liquid mediums like Milk, Cream, Fruit Juices, Pharmaceutical liquids and etc.

Manas have now introduced a new type of Battery Operated Electromagnetic Flow meter series. The new type of flow transmitter is SS1020. It is available with integral or remote version of transmitter.
Battery Operated Electromagnetic Flow meter is specifically designed where Electric supply is not available & accurate flow measurement is essential.
The Manas make Electromagnetic Flow meter called as Sroat 1000 virtually approaches the ideal flow meter suitable for wide range of liquid flow measurement even with very low velocities and conductivities. Some of the industrial applications include: Effluent treatment plants, Sewage treatment plant, Water supply schemes, Steel industry, Sugar industry and distillery, Pulp and paper, Chemical and pharmaceutical, Food and Drug industry.
The meter offers no resistance to flow hence the pressure drop is almost negligible. The measurement being based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, is independent of visocity, density, pressure & temperature of flowing medium. The measurement is not affected by solid impurities as long as the min. conductivity of 5s/cm is available.
It is a true volumetric flow measurement.We offer various materials of construction for meter lining & electrodes to cover majority of corrosive liquids.
