Cable trays and accessories manufactured by us are tailor-made to suit your requirements. The same are made in different sizes, specifications and materials. The same are manufactured in standard sizes of 2.5 meters, though 3 meters length is also manufactured by us. Cable trays are available in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The mild steel trays are offered in various finish as Hot dip galvanized, Powder coated, Epoxy Enamel painted or red oxide painted.

Depending on the weight of cable to be carried cable trays are available in thickness from 1.6 to 3.15 mm i.e; light duty, medium duty and heavy duty.

Further cable trays are available in perforated type, ladder type as per illustrated drawings.

• Perforated Cable Tray with inward bend / outward bend / plain.
• Accessories for cable trays i.e; left hand reducers, right hand reducers, vertical elbow up and down, horizontal tees, horizontal cross etc.

Brakes :Adjustable, self re-setting fail-safe electromagnetic dics or shoe type brakes rated for minimum 150 % of hoist motor torque are used. Cross travel motor can also be coupled with a suitable brake at extra cost.

Rope Drum:Seamless pipe or steel-fabricated with machined spiral grooves to accommodate wire-rope in a single layer. Drum length is selected to retain minimum two full turns of the rope with the hook in lowest position.

Wire Rope :6/19 or 6/37 construction ungalvanised steel wire ropes as per IS : 2266 are used to provide adequate factor of safety.

Hooks:Trapezoidal section forged steel hooks as per IS : 8610/3815 mounted on ball thrust bearings & free to swivel are used.

Limit Switch :Snap-action type limit switches are provided in each hoist to prevent over-hoisting or over-lowering of the hook blook beyond operating limits.

Trolley:AAR PEE Electric hoists are fitted with motorized trolleys factory adjusted for various beam sizes to suit purchasers requirements with wheels mounted on bearings, oil bath lubricated totally enclosed gear boxes coupled to crane duty electric motors as per IS : 325. Alternatively, hand-chain-driven/pull-push-type trolleys or hook/bolt suspension arrangement can also be incorporated.

Controls:All motions are controlled from ground level through a push-button station suspended from the hoist & operated on 110 volts A.C. supply for safety of the operator.

Control PanelA totally enclosed dust and vermin proof control panel is provided on hoist frame housing direct on reversing type air break contactors, HRC Fuses, step cown transformer and other electricals. All AAR-PEE Hoists can also be fitted with a single phasing preventor.

Creep Speed:An attachment to achieve 1/10th of the main hoisting speed through an additional motor and planetary gearing can be provided on all Hoists at extra cost.

Product Description

• Load lifting & suspension hooks are as per ISS 3815 or BSS 482.
• All gears are accurately machine cut from special alloy steel and case hardened.
• Load lifting chains are short link calibrated of high tensile steel as per ISS No. 6216 (Part II) / 1970, grade 80.
• Screw and friction disc type self actuating load pressure brake, duly hardened to eliminate wear.
• Rigid frame built of mild steel sections.
• Load wheel and hand chain wheel made of M.I. or graded cast iron castings.
• Each chain block tested to 50 % safe overload and supplied with test certificate.
• Load wheel is mounted on two ball bearings for smooth operation.
• Chain blocks confirm to ISS No. 3832 in all respects and duty class II.
• Standard lift manufactured 3 meters, but can be supplied in any longer lift.

U Bolts, D Shackles, Twisted Shackles, thimbles, straining screw, turn buckles are also supplied by us.

Heat Shrinkable terminations/joints have the unique distinction of having qualified all the test parameters provided in the Indian / International Standards in continuation on the same test specimen. The jointing kits have qualified all the grueling tests given in the ETDC59 (2368) which has the most exhaustive series of tests coupled with punitive severity of test parameters hitherto unmatched by any other standard.

Heat Shrinkable Component Testing & PerformanceAll major components of joints/terminations have been tested as per the provisions of ESI 09-13 and stand qualified.

Quality AssuranceQuality which means specified and reliable performance, is an obsession with all the people-right from rank and file to the Chairman. A comprehensive quality assurance programme, comprising of incoming material testing, in process and final testing schedule along with acceptance norms has been effectively implemented, resulting in attainment of quality by design and not be control. Vigorous efforts and structural changes are in process to achieve conformance to ISO 9000/ISI 14000.

All fittings fro insulators are either made of forged steel or heat treated malleable cast iron. Suspension and tension clamps are made of aluminium alloy. Materials used for midspan joints, repair sleeves, dead end assemblies are extruded aluminium alloys. For ground wire accessories the steel used are of tested quality. Our ball and socket coupling are in accordance with IS:2486 Part II or IEC standard 120. All conductor and ground wire accessories are in accordance with IS:2121.
