Ambar glass bottles are used for sampling, storing and carrying transformer oil from site to laboratory. Due to its inert property it does not degrade or leak chemicals into whatever it is holding. It conducts heat very slowly and shields its contents from light/UV rays. This is very important for certain tests of transformer oil like Furan Analysis. It is available in various sizes and is comparatively cost effective.

Different types of Bottles /containers are used for sampling of transformer oil from transformer. The transformer oil is drained from the sampling valve of the transformers. Connectors are required to connect tube from sampling valve to sampling bottles. The type of connector depends on the type and specification of valve We can provide SS connectors of various types/specification as required by our customers

Pressure gauge can be fitted withhigh pressure sampling bombs to measure pressure in various weather conditions. We supply Pressure gauges of required material, size and pressure range depending on the type and pressure rating of the SS Bottles

We also supply Quick release couplings which can be easily connected and disconnected to sampling cylinders or pressure tight applications. They can be of male or female type and their sizes are usually 1/4, 3/8, and of NPT/BSP threads as per customers requirement.

Stainless Steel bottles are of robust construction so that no damage is caused during transit from site to laboratory. We design customized sampling bombs (bottles) as per our customers specific requirement for sampling liquid or gases. Accessories like pressure gauge, rubber septum, quick release couplings etc can be added as per customers requirement.

DGA glass syringes are used to take samples of transformer oil from transformer and carry the same from site to laboratory for DGA test. DGA Syringe are made of borosilicate heat resistant glass processed & annealed under controlled conditions. DGA Glass Syringe Kit consist of Glass Syringes with Metal Luer Lock Tip, with 2ml Graduation, 3 Way Nylon Stop Cock, Tygon Tubing with connector, Plug Cap, Padded Carrying Case. It comes in different volume like 20 ml, 30 ml , 50 ml and 100 ml.

Aluminum Bottles are used for sampling transformer oil from equipment, storing and carrying the same from site/filed to laboratory for various tests of transformer oils. Bottles are provided with leak proof screw plastic cap with insert plug. Fixed cap rim on the bottle and plastic caps has holes for wire sealing facility.
