We are offering eddy current separators. We have developed eddy current separators commonly used to separate non-ferrous metals from mixed waste and other product streams. When a magnetic rotor is turned at high rates of speed, powerful forces called eddy currents are created. these eddy currents repel materials with varying degrees of force depending on their composition. Thus, aluminum, copper and other metals can be separated from glass, plastic, wood, etc.

MAGWELL Magnetic Roll Separator has Developed High Intensity, High Gradient, and Permanent Magnetic Roller Separators with the indigenous Technology. This technology can be successfully used in Industrial Minerals applications. The Technology involves high energy Rare Earth Neodym Permanent Magnetic Roll Assembly, Which is developed and assembled under strict quality control and specification to generate unsurpassed Magnetic Field Gradients. Under this high Intensity Magnetic Field, weekly Magnetic Contamination can be easily removed effectively.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
A Short conveyor belt envelopes the Magnetic Roll and tensioning the Ideal Roll. An efficient Feeder discharges material on the Belt. The Ferro Magnetic and Para-magnetic particles adheare to the Belt while the nonmagnetic particles flow freely off the end of the Conveyor.
FEATURES :
MAGWELL Magnetic Rolls are available in 100 & 150 mm dia and widths upto1200 & 1500mm. There are three different Magnetic Strengths i. e. 8000 Gauss, 10, 000 Gauss and 12, 000 Gauss and 15, 000Gauss. The Roll is driven by a 0.5 HP, variable speed DC/AC geared Motor drive adjustable from 0 to 100 RPM. For the purpose of Feeding, Vibratory Feeder with Control is provided. The Machine is provided with Abrasion resistant endless conveyor Belts of 0.8, & cavalry belt 0.6mm thickness.

MAGWELL magnetic sheet fanners are designed to magnetically separate steel sheets from oily and sticky hard materials. This eliminates having to pry apart each sheet individually which can result in damage to the part or operator injury. This also aids in automated systems and prevents costly damage due to double sheet fanner.
Operation:MAGWELL Magnetic Sheet Separators induce a magnetic field to the ferrous steel sheet stack which in turn induced magnetic field creates like magnetic polarity between the top and second sheets. Example magnetic polarity repels one another resulting in the top sheet pushing away from the lower sheet.
FEATURE:the eddy current system consists of a short belt conveyor. The ecs rotor, which is fitted at the discharge end of the conveyor, is constructed using a high-intensity rare earth magnet system and sits inside a non-metallic rotor shell. The rotor, when spinning at high speed produces eddy current into conducting metals which produces a magnetic field, then opposes that of the rotor, repelling non-ferrous metals. The remaining materials free-fall over the rotor, separating them from the repelled materials.

To choose the correct magnetic grate to ensure positive flow, it is important to recognize materials that have tendencies to bridge between the magnetic tubes. While diverter systems are helpful in directing the material flow to the magnets, caution needs because it has tend to increase bridging and reduce uniform product flow.
MAGWELL Magnetic Coolant separator provides a simple and automatic cleaning design using powerful magnet material in the core of its drum, which is partially submerged in the liquid. The magnetic field passes through the coolant flow, so that all of the liquid comes in contact with the high intensity magnetic field. Ferrous contaminant attaches itself to the rotating drum where it is being continuously cleaned by a profiled scraper. The contaminant is pushed along the scraper until it falls into a bin. As the contaminant is pushed along the scraper it compresses and any excess liquid drains back into the tank leaving the solids almost dry.

SCRAP DRUM SEPRATOR:Bulk raw material is distributed evenly with a vibrating feeder system on to a rotating magnetic drum. Any magnetic pieces attracted to the drum shell and is carried to the point where the magnetic core ends. The non-magnetic particles have fallen off before this point. With material and drum going in the same direction, the flow is easy to handle and ferrous losses are small. Even when the material is large, small or mixed, the size of the particles usually determines the diameter of the drum.
Our Patented Coil Design develops deep magnetic field with minimum DC power cost. Our electro-magnet drum opens the way to new efficiency in handling large volumes of large size material encountered in todays scrap processing and mineral concentration applications. Our patented coil construction produces a concentrated deep magnetic field to maximize ferrous recovery. The drum consists of an electro-magnet assembly mounted inside an outer rotating drum assembly. The magnet assembly position, although stationary during operation, may be adjusted within certain limits to meet varying feed arrangements.

opration:material on the conveyor passes underneath the overband magnetic separator. Ferrous metal is attracting to surface allowing the cleaned product to continue along the conveyor as normal. The overband magnetic separator has a continuously moving belt which wipes its surface clean of the ferrous metal attracted to it. The ferrous metal then discharge to collecting box.
