Leveling Dyes

We offer Leveling Dyes. Leveling Dyes :- These type of Dyes are required acid dyebaths using Sulphuric Formic Acid. The pH of the dyebath is around 2.5 to 3.0. Usually the dyes are bright with good leveling properties and passes moderate wet fastness.

Tpm Dyes

We offer Tpm Dyes. These dyes are dyed in weak acid neutral bath employing a pH of 4 to 4.5. Acetic Acid or Acid liberating salt such as Ammonium sulphate or Acetate are used commonly. The shades obtained are bright with excellent Colourfastness properties.

Me Brand Dyes

We are offering nature of reactive me brand dyes : (bifunctional class) me brand dyes are mixed bifunctional reactive dyes where vinyl sulfone group is linked to chromophore through a mono chloro triazine group as a bridge link. They are applicable on cellulosic material at lower dyeing temperature 600c. The important features of these 'bifunctional' dyes are as under: excellent leveling properties. good all round fastness properties. these dyes, which are not fixed during the dyeing process, can be washed off easily because the hydrolyzed dye has low substantively and thus there is a little risk of staining of adjacent whites. bond between vinylsulfone group and cellulose is stable to acid hydrolysis; as such stability of dyed goods in industrial acidic atmosphere is very good even over the period. better reproducibility in dyeing. high exhaustion and high fixation efficiency. bi-functional dyes are applicable on cellulosic materials by dyeing as well as printing methods.

Vs Brand Dyes

Nature of reactive vs brand dyes :(bi-sulfatoethye sulfone class) these dyes are vinyl sulphone as the reactive group. In presence of alkali, these dyes chemically react with the hydroxyl group of cellulose and form firm, convalent linkages. Very versatile to suit different dyeing methods, with result excellent and shades are clean and brilliant with no variation of dyeing or either at printing. Vs dyestuff carries poor affinity for cellulose fibers in absence of salt and alkalis. As such, suited for use on pad. Their substantives can be increased by addition of glauber's salt or common salt and alkali, and suitable on all conventional dyeing machines for loose material, yarn in hanks and packages and piece goods. Dyeing methods hence are classified as the padding and exhaust processes. Standing baths are not recommended, as side reaction occurs because of alkaline medium inactivation of the dyes by reaction with water takes place. The important features of vs dyes are: excellent brightness and good wet fastness. fare dischargeable. most suitable for exhaust & different pad dyeing methods and discharge printing. ease of washing off unfixed dyestuffs i.e. Minimum staining of the white grounds in printing. applicable at 40oc and 60oc.

He Brand Dyes

Nature of reactive he brand dyes :(bis-monochlorotriazine class) these dyes are mostly suitable for dyeing on cotton and other cellulosic materials. They have significantly higher exhaustion and fixation efficiency, which helps in cost reduction to conventional reactive dyes. The high fixation and good build up are of particular importance with polyestercellulosic blends and wash liquor. The ratio is very high. Higher fixation drained and washes liquors after dyeing, contain much less unfixed dyes, compare to conventional reactive dyes. It is useful when pollution control is a major concern. Also facilitates quicker wash off and efficient soaping. The improved stability offers batch consistency. Exhaustion is controlled by salt addition and temperature by level dyeing, prior alkali addition. Prominent features are as per below mentioned: excellent build-up due to low liquor to good ratio. high fixation is of importance as dyeing polyester cellulose blend when liquorgoods ratio is quite high. Conventional reactive dyes show low dyeing efficiency and poor build-up in similar condition. superb reproducibility. wide applicability on loose stock, garments, yarn and piece material. wide choice of equipment to suit particular application.

H Brand Dyes

Offers nature of reactive h brand dyes(monochlorotriazine). these are monochlorotriazine reactive dyes with a low reactivity and substantively. Low reactivity warrants, more severe conditions for fixation with cellulose materials. These are readily soluble by pouring water at 800 to 850c useful stirring cellulose materials by dyeing as well as printing method. h' brand dyes do require either a long steaming time or a high thermo fixation temperature (with urea) for optimum fixation. H dyes of low to medium substantively may lead to migration problem in dyeing prior to fixation. Low concentration of highly substantive dyes when used, tailing evident by selecting dyes of low or medium substantively, using small padding troughs fed to constant level at the highest speed, of the process.
