Digital Gauss Meter

MSPL is a manufacturer of LM Model MS 18 B Table topdigital gauss meter, which is a low cost digital instrument for measurement of d.c. magnetic fields using Hall probes. It has ranges - 2k and 20k gauss. A built in calibration facility ensures quick check of calibration. All the controls are mounted on the front panel and are clearly designated. An attractive Plastic cabinet with carrying handle cum tilt bracket makes the instrument light in weight and portable LED display gives direct reading with 1 gauss resolution on the 2k range and 10 gauss resolution on the 20k range. The unit is supplied with a calibrate transverse hall probe of 50mm x 1.5mm with the actual sensing area of 1sq.mm from the tip.

MOTORIZED VIBRATING FEEDER

Vibratory conveyors find wide application in cement plants, steel plants, fertilizer industries, pharmaceutical industries, glass industry etc, where controlled feeding of material is required. These conveyors have proved their reliability in transporting bulk material over limited distances.
Depending on requirement and applications vibrating conveyors are available in electromagnetic & electromechanical types. Electromagnetic conveyors make use of an electromagnetic drive for generation of vibrations whereas electromechanical conveyors are powered by two unbalance motors rotating in possible directions. Electromagnetic vibrators are used in applications where stepless variation of feed rate from 0-100% is required. On the other hand electromechanical vibrators are used where the feed rate is not required to be changed frequently during operation or where a relatively constant feed rate is required.

Electromechanical vibrating feeders are powered by two unbalance motors which rotate in opposite directions. These types of feeders can be supplied in two types viz, through type and tubular type depending on the type of application and material being conveyed

Electro Magnetic Vibrating Feeder

Electromagnetic vibrating feeders are equipped with electromagnetic drives which generate vibrations required for conveying of material. The electromagnetic drives are robust in construction with very high reliability factor. These conveyors come with a specially manufactured controller required for operation of the electromagnetic conveyor. These controllers convert the input AC supply voltage into pulsating DC output which results in generation of vibrations. A thyristor such as a silicon controlled rectifier is used for this purpose. The fringe angle of the SCR can be varied sleeplessly using a potentiometer or an analogous electrical signal / PLC signal from an external command variable unit, which in turn increases / decreases the amplitude of vibrations thereby controlling the output of the conveyor as required.

As in the case of electromechanical feeders depending on the material conveyed, the conveyors can be supplied on two types viz, through type and tubular type. Suitable liners in case of through conveyors are provided where severely abrasive materials are handled as in the case of electromechanical conveyors.

VIBRO SCREEN - HOW IT WORKS
Vibro Screenalso known asGryo ScreenMachineis the most efficient vibrating screen for wet and dry screening.
The top weight on motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the center of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric Weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery. Increasing the top eccentric mass increases the horizontal throw causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.
The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the center of Vibrating mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical & tangential planes. Increasing the vertical component of motion promotes turn over of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. The effective vertical motion helps in minimizing blinding of screen by near size particles.
The tangential component motion is controlled by the angle of lead given bottom weights with relation to top weight.
Variation in lead angle controls the spiral pattern of material travel over the screen cloth. Speed & Flow pattern of material travel over the screen cloth can be set by the operator for maximum through put & screening efficiency for any screenable product. Wet or Dry. Coarse or Fine. Heavy or Light. Hot Or Cold. Typed material travel patterns generated at various lead angles are shown below.
The material is fed en the center of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material gets continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. Gyroscreens are equipped to handle up to five different screens one on the top other with feed trays in between to give six precise sized fraction in single screening operation.
