Our Products
"MSPL" Tube Magnets have been specially developed for thorough removal of ferrous metals from materials in granular and powder form during transport through pipeline systems. These magnet systems are built into a housing, which is fitted with flanges so that, after mounting, they form a single unit with the pipeline system. Guide strips are fitted on the inside of the housing to ensure that the material to be purified is well distributed, and comes into good contact with the magnet core. The standard type has a M.S.Steel housing, although an alternative version with a stainless steel (S.S.-304/S.S.-316, S.S.-316-L) housing can be supplied to special order. Along with the standard Flanges dimensions, Tube Magnets can also be supplied with flanges to customers requirement.

Prong Magnetic separators are manufactured as per customers need for heavy-duty large volume liquid and semi-liquid line flow systems. Prong Magnets employs a slip-in cage of stainless steel permanent magnet tubes. The function of the magnet tubes is such that the captured tramp metal particles migrate to the rear of the tubes where they remain protected from wash-off until the tubes are cleaned. It reduces damages and maintenance to filters, pumps, and other processing machinery handling paper, chemical, slurries, ceramic slurries and other liquid materials. |
Suspension Magnets are most useful for products carried by the Belt Conveyors.
Use of Suspension Magnets is recommended for products with low contamination. However if the frequency of the impurities is too high, then Over Band type Magnetic Separator is recommended. The Suspension Magnet requires frequent cleaning.
The main applications are for the processing of Bulk products such as Sugar, Coal, Minerals, Cereals, Coffee, Glass, Culets etc.

The proportions combine excellent performance with a high degree of stability.
Assembly and correct spacing are achieved by means of a force-fitted aluminium ring.
Caution is necessary at temperatures above about 250 because of possible mechanical looseningthrough expansion and contraction of the component parts. |

manufactured to satisfy the demand for high grip magnets where height is too restricted for deep pots. Good grip in intimate contact, but not as stable as deep pots. |
Shallow Pots suffer magnetic damage more easily if two should be opposed - this is unlikely to happen accidentally. |
