This is a steel fabricated body hydraulically operated 300 tons press specially designed for making gold and silver coins, bars and medals.This is an upstroke press with higher ram travel speed and with extra hydraulic cylinder for return stroke to increase the production. The press is equipped with hydraulic Power Pack consisting of Piston Pump, Electric Control board operated directional Control Valve, relief Valve, Pressure Gauge and standard hydraulic accessories. It can be operated through the control panel board or manually and has the provision to adjust the coining pressure. A timer is provided to adjust the time for which the pressure is applied before return stroke. Our standard version Hydraulic Coining Press is available in four models: 50 Tons, 100 Tons, 200 Tons and 300 Tons Capacity.

We can also supply you PLC controlled multi stroke feature auto ejector type hydraulic coining press for making gold and silver coins and bars from 1.0 gram up to 100.0 grams.

This is 300 tons capacity hydraulic gold and silver coin making hydraulic coining press complete with programmable PLC controller for multiple strokes at final stage. The press is equipped with ejector cylinder for auto ejection of coin for easy removal without hammering. This feature offers better final finish of the coin. This hydraulic coining press is suitable for making gold and silver coins from 1.0 gram to 100.0 grams in weight and is powered by 10.0 HP electricals and is supplied complete with suitable electricals and control panel. This coining press design incorporates pressure adjustment control with timer to adjust final pressure time before return stroke. It can be operated by push button control as well as in automatic single cycle mode.

The hydraulic coining press is fitted with programmable PLC electronic controller for easier precise operation and better quality work. The PLC will be such that multiple strokes can be programmed as desired to ensure excellent engraved finished coins. The multiple stroke function makes the hydraulic press deliver two, three or four final embossing punches as per program fed into by operator. This is a 150 tons hydraulic coin embossing press suitable for making coins upto 50 grams in silver. The press is suitable for operation in manual as well as single cycle automatic operation mode. It is available with auto coin ejecting mechanisum. The press can be supplied in various tonnage capacity like 80 tons, 100 tons as per your requirement.

This is hydraulically operated 15 tons capacity blanking press to blank metal coins in required shape and weight.

This press is suitable for gold coin blanking from 1.0 gram to 100 grams size having 75mm length of stroke with foot pedal and electric control panel.

This is a C frame, single point suspension, non-inclinable single action press having Steel Plate construction duly stress relieved, with rolling key clutch mechanism. This is a standard work horse machine for every press shop and supplied complete with electric motor, starter, gear and fly wheel guards, one shot lubrication device. Its available in eight models from 20 Tons capacity to 100 Tons. If required, inclining mechanism and motorized automatic lubrication system is offered at extra cost.
