Circle Cutting Machine is one of the principal machine in sheet metal industry. It is mainly used as the name indicates to cut circles of sheet material, annular rings & strips.
Our hand operated machines are available in models:-
14H, 18H, 24H, 24HB, 36H, 36HB & 48HB are used for cutting 18 swg MS / 22 swg SS.
Our motorised machines are available in models:-
18M2, 24M2, 36M2, 48M2 & SPM for specific size are used for cutting 14 swg / 18 swg SS.
24M3, 36M3, 48M3 & SPM for specific size are used for cutting 10 swg / 16 swg SS.
24M4, 36M4, 48M4 & SPM for specific size are used for cutting 8 swg / 14 swg SS.
We have two models of preicsion strip cutter. Our motorized model precision strip cutter is equipped with circular disc cutters and is adjustable to cut precise strips from 5mm upto 60mm as per your requirement.
The other model is fixed width hand operated precision strip cutting machine. This machine is usually prefered by customer making hollow balls and for those you require very precise fixed width strips of one or two sizes only. The cutters for this machines are designed in such a way that they fit into one another like male-female type roll to give extremely accurate width strips.

This is Automatic Side Cut Anchor Chain making machine suitable to make Anchor / Cable Chain from wire. The machine has variable speed controller and forced electronic lubrication system, chain breaking sensor.
For the machine part, die steel is used for better quality and longer life and carbide is used at all the points subject to wear.
The machine is supplied complete with all standard tooling and accessories complete with suitable single phase electricals.
This is Automatic Anchor Chain making machine suitable to make Anchor / Cable / Double Cable Chain from wire. The machine has variable speed controller and forced lubrication with electronic brake.
