LC5296H is a compact On/Off Controller from the controller family of Masibus, providing accurate and dependable control of various process applications with upgraded hardware capabilities in compact 96x48mm enclosure. It has bright seven-segment 0.56 LED display or optional 0.8 LED display for process value as well as status LEDs for set point indication.
It accepts universal Input and provides two relay outputs to perform various control and alarm functions. Operation or connection failure can be detected with Open sensor feature. Intuitive configurations with four front tactile keys ensure easy programming.
Process values can also be retransmitted to remote devices as standard current/voltage signals. Data acquisition can be done on SCADA/PLC applications through RS485 for further process automation.
Designed using proven micro-controller technology, these controllers have been validated to experience accurate and reliable performance in harsh field environments.
Features
Masibus signal isolator is a rugged 4 wire isolator available in compact DIN rail mounting enclosure designed to accept custom built and wide range of voltage and current input signals. Signal is isolated and converted to standard instrumentation signals compatible to commercially off the shelf (COTS) automation products.
9000U is available in two models, Single/Dual output and Three/Fouroutput. Masibus' Signal Isolator Model 9000U provides galvanicisolation between field signals and receiving instrument, this in turnrejects any common mode voltage at field side and prevents groundloop problems. The isolator also protects expensive systems fromhigh voltage faults on the field side.
With multiple outputs this model also acts as signal distributors. A typical application could be where the signal has to be distributed for indication on local panel, field control room, main control room and DCS system. 9000U is compatible with both 2 wire and 4 wire transmitters and has built-in transmitter power supply to power 2 Wire field transmitters.
Model 9000U offers a wide range of input/ output signal types which includes mA, mV, VDC. Model 9000U offers excellent accuracy and stability for reliable operation in hostile environments and offers full 3 port isolation between input, output and power supply.
Each channel zero and span calibration is adjustable by multi-turn potentiometers; the unit can accept a wide range of Aux. power from 90 to 265V AC or 18 to 36V DC.
Model 9000U is designed for easy customization and can be customized to signals levels from mV to Volts both at input and output side.
Features
LI4248 has all basic facilities for reliable process monitoring available at lower cost in compact in 1/8 DIN Size. It has 0.56 seven-segment LED display with brightness control and multiple input facilities. It accepts Thermocouple, RTD, Current and Voltage inputs to monitor process variables such as temperature, pressure, level, humidity, flow, etc.
It is microprocessor based indicator with high accuracy of 0.25%. It has digital calibration feature and field scalable ranges for application flexibility. This model has optional transmitter power supply to eliminate the need of additional supply to excite field transmitter.
Alarm can be configured on two individually programmable relays; alarm status is indicated on front LEDs. This model is available with both SMPS and 24VDC power supply option.
