Mass : The standard makes the assumption that the mass factor is 0.785. All plates sold byNavnidhi Steel & Engg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. have a mass factor of 0.8 in accordance with European customary practice.

Supplementary Requirements

There are a number of additional supplementary requirements for A516 and A387. Some of these can only be met at the time of manufacturing – for example S1 and whether we are able to fulfil your requirements depends on the plates that we have in available or which are due in. Other requirements such as S5 and S8 can be met on request.
