We manufacture rigid uPVC pipes as per IS: 4985 : 2000. These pipes are recommended for water temperature up to 45C. All the PVC pipes are subjected to different tests as laid down in BIS Standards. These pipes are available in the range of 63mm to 250mm in 4 to 10 kg/cm2 working pressure.

Constructional Details

• Motor frame : Frame is made of close grained graded cast iron and is totally enclosed fan cooled type. Adequate cooling ribs are also provided to facilitate heat dissipation of motor.
• Stator : It is built of hydraulically compressed high quality insulated lamination rigidly cleated, wound with super enamelled copper wire, impregnated with best quality stoving varnish and provided with high class insulating materials.
• Rotor : Rotor is squirrel cage type, die cast and dynamically balanced for vibration and noise free running.
• Casing : It is made of close grained cast iron of high tensile strength to withstand both working pressure as well as sudden impact. Its volute is well designed for high efficiency.
• Impeller : It is of single suction, enclosed type and dynamically balanced. Its interior passages are smoothly finished for high efficiency.
• Shaft : It is of high quality alloy steel, accurately machined and ground finished to close tolerances to ensure long life of bearings and gland packing. It is provided with a stainless steel sleeve which extends through the stuffing box.
• Stuffing box : Deep stuffing box accommodates sufficient graphite packing and thereby suction lift. It is water lubricated and sufficient space is provided for convenient repacking.
• Bearings : Heavy duty grease lubricated ball bearings with ample safety factor provided.

KALSI Openwell Submersible Pumpsets are horizontal, single-stage energy efficiency Centrifugal Pumpsets ideally suitable for openwells or water tanks. These pumpsets are used for pumping clean, clear cold water without solid particles or abrasives. These are manufactured under stringent quality control at all stages to ensure a trouble-free service. The pumpsets are ISI marked conforming to IS:14220 and are Star- labelled by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (B.E.E.) ensuring energy saving. The pumpsets have water filled, water-cooled continuous run motors.As the pumpsets are immersed in water at the bottom of water tank, hence there is no priming problem.

Constructional Details

• MOTOR FRAME : Motor frame is made from robust cast iron of high tensile strengh with integral feet and is totally enclosed fan cooled type. Cooling ribs are provided on all faces to ensure equal dissipation of heat.
• STANDARDS : Performance characteristics of Three Phase motors conform to IS 12615 : 2011. The foot-mounted motors have standard dimensions as per IS : 1231 while dimensions of flange-type motors conform to IS : 2223.
• VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY : Three-phase motors are designed for 415V 10%, 50 Hz 3%, A.C. Supply, Duty S1.
• PROTECTION : Motors have IP 44 degree of protection and confirm to IS : IEC 60034-5. Motors having IP 55 degree of protection are also available on demand.
• RATING : Motors are rated for continuous duty S1 with an ambient temperature of 40C and altitude up to 1000m above mean sea-level.

KALSI AquaBoost Pressure Booster System delivers water with uniform and constant pressure in all showers and taps both for single storied or multi-storied buildings. AquaBoost system develops pressure and maintains a uniform pressure in the pipelines for effective water utilization. The Pressure switch monitors the pressure in the system and will switch the pumpset ON and OFF automatically based on demand. The system is supplied with Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pumps or Shallow Well Jet Pumps. The system consists of high quality pressure tank, pressure switch and other accessories.
