We are offering wire guide nozzles. Wire guide nozzles also known as coil winding nozzles or pvc coating nozzles are used on multi-spindle wrapping machines during coil winding for guiding wire to wind in bobbin, pins and other desired material. Attributes: 1. High wear resistance: tungsten carbide possesses a very high hardness value in excess of vickers 1500, approximately 1.7 times more than that of hardened carbon steel making it perfect material for nozzles. 2. Surface-roughness: these nozzles are surface finished to a roughness of 0.05-1 microns or 2-4 micro inches ra, which assures least friction-resistance, reduces film damage during wire-insulation as well as provides stable wire tension. 3. Concentricity & stiffness: these nozzles permit wire to exit concentric to the nozzle within 0.01 mm with or even without load. 4. Accurate exit radii: the exit radii of the nozzles determine the angle of wire exit from one coil to the next. This makes it essential to maintain the exit radii to utmost tolerance limit, which is done using the right calibrating instruments. Advantages: a. Exceptionally superior rigidity b. Concentricity as low as 0.01mm. C. Absolutely perfect finished wire entrance, bore surfaces ad well as wire-exit. D. Dimensions as per your specifications. Applications: wire guiding nozzles are used in industries manufacturing coils, relays, transformers and in industries manufacturing sensors for automotives and electrical equipments. These are used for providing perfectly consistent route for enamelled cooper wire to coil from reel.

Wire cannot be straightened like any-other product due to inherent force and torque-related influences, rather has to be passed through Wire Straightening Dies. These dies are placed in a horizontal plane, offset to each other at a particular distance. The wire is made to pass through a series of straightening dies in a straight path so that it is flexed in essentially all directions. When a bent or kinked section of wire passes through these dies, it is flexed in all directions in an amount exceeding its elastic limit, thereby eliminating present bends.
In preparation of products like welding electrodes, weld mesh and other products, wire has to be straighten from its coiled form prior to usage. Straightening Dies manufactured by Bharat Industries can be used for straightening all types of cold drawn wires and other non-ferrous wires. These can be used for straightening wires, tubes, cables, strips.

We are offering gripper dies. gripper dies are those dies which are used in making nails in fasteners industries. Coiled wire after being fed in to the nail-making machine is gripped by a pair of gripper dies. usage: the desired shape of the nails is already machined into the end of gripper dies. These dies hold the wire tightly in place, whereas the free-end wire is hit by mechanical hammer, which causes deformation of wire within die-cavity forming head of nail. similarly, with the wire still clamped in dies, shaped cutters hit the opposite end of nail, forming point and later cutting the nail from the residual wire-coil. Finally, the dies open and an expelling mechanism push the nails into collection pan. The whole cycle is again repeated for making more nails. applications: gripper dies can be used for making nails from copper, stainless steel, aluminum, iron, zinc and many more.

We are offering heading dies. heading dies are typically used in metalworking processes for forming an enlarged ‘head’ on end of any metal rod, which would eventually be used a component of a finished-product. die geometry: 1. Two heading cavities on opposite sides of carbide insert. 2. The carbide insert has through bore within first cavity, which is made concentrically with the bore on other side of insert. 3. The die is inverted and a second cavity is drilled carefully on opposite side of insert. 4. This second cavity can be similar to first cavity or can grant shapes for alternate head-configuration. The double-cavity construction enhances the competence and also economy of heading die. applications: heading dies can be used in many non-molding industry parts including bolts, screws, rivets, etc., which can act as intermediates for final-products.
