During the year 2002-2003 company has decided to establish 100 TPD Sponge Iron Plant which become operational in Dec. 2003. In the year 2005 the company again established 100 TPD Sponge Iron Kiln which become operational in the June 2005. Again in the year 2006, company established 100 TPD Kiln which become operational in Aug. 2006 the total investment in three  Kilns was 27.36 Crore the same has been financed through Term Loan of Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC 3rd Kiln Only) amounting to Rs. 16.00 Crore the balance amount was invested by promoters of the company as their promoter contribution by way share capital. All the Plant & Machinery and the equipments were purchased from reputed and Indian supplier like TATA Iron & Steel Company Limited and Simplex Engineering Foundry Works Limited. During the year 31.03.2013 the division has achieved the turnover of 113.50 Crore. All the term liability of the bank has been paid off and account is running satisfactory with the bankers. The company is also enjoying facilities of Rs. 41.75 Crore as on 31.03.2013 from Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce and account is running satisfactory.

During the year 2005 the promoters of the company has decided to add Steel Melting Shop along with Continuous casting Machine. The total investment in this division was 15.61 Crore and was financed through Term Loan of Rs. 8.90 Crore by Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce under consortium. The plant declared its commercial roduction in Nov. 2007. All the plant & machinery and equipments were purchased from reputed Indian suppliers. In this division we are manufacturing Mild Steel Billets which is the raw Material of Rolling Mill.  We have also planning to manufacture Alloy Steel Billets in this division. During the year 31.03.2013 the division has achieved the turnover of Rs. 163.85 Crore and has established goodwill in the market by producing good quality of Billets. The company is also enjoying working capital facility of 30.00 Crore as on 31.03.2013 from Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce under consortium and the account is running satisfactory

During the year 2005 the promoters of the company decided to add 12 MW Captive Power Plant. Out of which 6 MW through Waste Heat Recovery Boiler and 6 MW through FBC Boiler. The total investment in this division was 51.35 Crore and was financed through Term Loan of Rs. 33.50 Crore by Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce under consortium. The plant declared its commercial production in April 2008. All the plant & machinery and equipments were purchased from reputed Indian suppliers like Cethar Vessels and Siemens Ltd. The plant is synchronized with CSEB Grid. We have signed a Power Purchase Agreement with CSEB for supply of 4 MW Power the rate of the same is Rs. 3.00 per unit. Apart from that we are also taking 3 MW power from CSEB to maintain the load factor and power factor. The plant is running satisfactory till now. During the year 31.03.2013 the division has achieved the turnover of 22.60 Crore. The account is running satisfactory with all the banks. The company is also enjoying working capital facility of Rs. 2.50 Crore as on 31.03.2013 from Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce and account is running satisfactory.

The company is in the process of establishing Rolling Mill Division of 1, 25, 000 TPA for manufacture of TMT Bar related to Building Material at Village Ujalpur, Teh. Gharghora, Dist. Raigarh (C.G.) and is planning to start commercial production from July, 2013.
