Friction surface belts are manufactured from the best raw materials duly tested in our quality control laboratory, under the supervision of highly qualified and experienced team of engineers and technologists.

The Rubber Transmission Beltings are fabricated with multiple plies of especially woven fabrics with sufficient tensile strength both in the warp and weft directions, the cotton ducks are completely impregnated with especially formulated high-grade rubber compounds to get the best ply to ply adhesion and excellent flex life in actual service, the requisite number of plies are built-up together, pre-stretched, and vulcanized in stretched condition in our sophisticated Fujiwara Hydraulic Belt Press. This process eliminates excessive stretch service, the cut edges of belts are sealed with special bonding solution to prevent ingress of moisture and to resist wear and consequent fraying of the edges. However, belts with round edges can also be supplied. Samples from each of the finished belt are tested for quality and consistency.
