The BIKANERI BHUJIA is one of a Traditional Snacks from Rajasthan that is very spicy in taste as compared to plain Sevian. It is also prepared from a mixture of Gram Flour, Salt & Spices but contains special spices to make it more tangy. Gram Flour is a good source of Dietary Fiber that do not contain any Gluten.
The Khatta Meetha Mixture is Sweets & Tangy in taste and contains the mixture of ingredients which has better Nutritional Values. Peanuts are the rich source of Protein and unsaturated Fats whereas Lentils contain Lysine (amino acids) as protein and Gram flour is a good source of Dietary Fiber.
