Relax Dryer

The Relax Dryer offered is one of the most economical Dryers ever made in the history of Tubular Knitted Processing Industry. This machine has many salient features. To name a few:

  1. The insulation of the machine is designed to give minimal heat losses.

  2. The Air circulation is a unique system wherein it produces symmetrical air flow with absolutely minimal pressure drops. The re-circulated air is filtered, heated and blown back into the system by high performance blowers.

  3. The air nozzles are designed for uniform air distribution in the chamber and above all are very maintenance friendly. Further, the air vibrating cushion ensures that the fabric gets maximum relaxation and crease free character.

  4. The machine comes equipped with exhaust system with butterfly valves for controlling the moist air removal.

  5. The machine has a variable speed drive for its conveyors and all its blower motors are invertor driven.

Balloon Squeezer Padder

This is a double nip Balloon Squeezer cum Padder. This machine also comes with a Detwister.

The following are the salient features of this machine: m

  1. A low height detwister to ensure minimum elongation.

  2. A uniform water distribution is available to the fabric prior to squeezing.

  3. The appearance of the fabric is substantially enhanced by virtue of air injection balloon system.

STEAM CHAMBER :

The machine is fitted with a steam chamber and guide frames which adds moisture in dry fabric in a entry point.

'J' BOX :

The fabric rests in 'J' box few seconds before being feeded into the treatment chamber, Because of the steam the fiber gets soft and the rest at 'J' box enables the fabric to absorb moisture to each core of the fiber.

ENTRY POINT :

At entry point the fabric is guided into the treatment chamber with an adjustable structure to give required width to the fabric.

TREATMENT CHAMBER :

Treatment Chamber above the entry point sis designed in such a way that it thermosets the fabric in such a form. The in built blower also helps in spreading heat in the chamber and fabric comes out of the chamber properly thermosetted (which is a must for all synthetic & blendedfabrics.)

STEEL ROLLER :

The Steel Roller fitted on the top of the treatment chamber presses the thermosetted fabric to give a fine finish , the conveyer then carries the fabric to cooling device.

COOLING CHAMBER :

The Cooling chamber fitted with a blower cools the fabric as it comes out of the treatment chamber. This Process not only absorbs the heat from the fabric but also prevents the change of color which may occur if fabric remains hot for sometime.

TROLLEY :

The moving trolley fitted with adjustable electric device gives an even fold to the fabric and keeps the finished width intact.

CONTROL PANEL :

One touch control panel backed by invertors helps in easy operation of the machine . The Synchronized motors properly gives overfeeding to the fabric which helps in controlling the bowing & spirality of the fabric.

Soft Flow Dyeing Machine

  • Fabric Speed 0-300M/Min

special series connection type twin nozzle : one in front and the other at rear. Help to push and transport fabric. Help to push and transport fabric. Help to increase the number of times saturate and in contact with thefabrics, increase dye quality.use large water flow, soft type overflow : total nozzle pressure is only 0.2-0.5kg./cm. The hitting force to the fabric is lower to the minimum to avoid the problem of pilling and split cracks of fabrics.

the delivery tube is design to go downward then turn upward. This will create the push effects to change the position of fabric all the time to avoid the crease mark.

plaiter system :

the end of the fabric tube is equipped with plaiter. It can swing left to right to arrange the fabric orderly into the "j box" decrease tangling and fully utilize fabric storage space to increase capacity.at the end of the tube fabric and the water are separated similar to the special by pass design. This can avoid the fabric being messed up by dyeliquor. Also avoid the fabricovercrowded situation and flooding mark.

foam collector :

during the dyeing process some foam will be build up in the bath and separate from the fabric. This avoids the fabric from flooding and problem of tangling and foam pollution.

fabric speed of 0-300m/min :

can be adjusted according to different fabrics.

special water saving design :

for pure cotton the liquor ratio is 1:5-7.

super-low tension design :

most suitable for high class fabric.

internal anti-tangling alarm will warn the operator and stop the main pump immediately when the fabric is tangled on the reel.

Vertical Tube Dryer

VERTICAL DRYING MACHINE FOR TUBULAR FABRIC OPERATION PROCESS :

Tubular fabric which has been hydro Extracted is mounted through two pairs of driving loading rollers. This fabric falls down on the drying tube.

During this process, moisture from the fabric starts to be carried away by the steam heated air coming out of theperforated holes on the drying tube. Average of drying 50 to 75 kgs. per hour/per tube.

When the mounting of fabric is completed, the operator may pass the fabric through the two pairs of driving unloading rollers.

4. ADVANTAGES:

  1. The advantage of this machine is that consumption of steam is very low. Steam pressure required 8 kgs.

  2. Tube heated by steam blower.

  3. Loading and unloading rollers are driven by D.C. Electric motors with control pannel for adjustment of the thickness of fabric.

  4. During the process, the fabric takes the shape of a bloom and there is no possibility of any folding or twisting of fabric.

  5. The operation of the machine is very simple and even untrained operator can work the machine.

REMARKS:

  • It is recommend that the height of the shed of the factory should be at least 180 In. (457.2 Cms)

  • Average height of machine is 145 In. (368.3 Cms.)
