The central element of the floorwatering system is the TOP-Nipple or TOP-Combinipple, ensuring an optimum water flow for every animal age.

The combination of nipple and Drip cup ensures a dry manure. The right height depends on the size of the animals: They should have to stretch slightly to reach the nipples. Every delivered system includes a height-table, making it easy to find the right height of the drinking line from the first day on.

Water supply:

The Main water supply secures an optimum water quality for a long service life of the nipple drinkers. The water should have the quality of drinking water. At any case the water must be filtered.

The water runs from the Main water supply through the Pressure regulator or the Ball tank with integrated flush system into the drinking lines. Both versions are available for front or middle- installations.

Drinking Elements:

The drinking lines are supplied in assembled elements of 3m length. These elements are to be coupled to the length of the house.

Breather Unit:

At the end of each drinking line a flush breather unit is installed. All valves of the breather units close during the flushing, which could be started by hand or alternatively by the automatic flush system.

Suspension:

The drinking lines are suspended by hangers, which are stuck on the aluminium profiles every 3 m. These hangers are connected via ceiling pulleys with the central hoisting cable. The drinking line can be adjusted to the desired height by Hand winch or Ceiling winch and can be winched up easily to the ceiling for emptying or cleaning.

The drinking water in the TwinClean Line is continuously circulated inside the drinking line. In addition a pump is installed in the circulation unit, which pumps the water with defined pressure to the upper line of the drinking line profile. The water runs to the end and flows back again in the lower nipple pipe to the pump.

A float switch regulates automatically the pump unit. It ensures that the pump do not run without water.

As with other LUBING drinking systems, the height of the water column is set at the pressure regulator. The correct height adjustment is measured at the breather at the pressure regulator. The flow rate of the pump can be adjusted with the flow rate controller.

The adjustment depends of the installed drinking line length and is only made once with start-up. The balls in the two front breathers indicate the difference of pressure between upper and lower line. The drinking line principle is laidout in such a way that the pressure at the end of drinking line is always higher as in front at the pressure regulator.

Therefore drinking line lengths up to 120 m with only one front connected pressure regulator can be realized.

The LUBING brooder guard, Art. 4510-09, made of plastic, will be put together to rings for rearing.

With the connecting hings, Art. No. 4512-09, the single brooder guards will be joined together at the top and at the botton for easy steady stand- ing and dismantling. The light plastic sections (800 x 400 mm) can easily be assembled and dismantled by one person. The complete ring can be transported with the handle. Slots for floor-watering-lines can be easily cut with a knife at the perforated sepa-ration-marks.

For tightening up and stabilization, the stabilizer, Art. No. 4511-09, will be moved to the upper edge. Therefore, the brooder guard will be stabilized at the slots.

The size of the brooder guard rings can be extended without problems.

The limited views calm the animals down and the gripshape guarantees air circulation. After cleaning, the brooder guard is nearly unlimited reusable.

The LUBING rod-conveyer was designed to be easily and therefore inexpensively installed. The design makes it easy to adapt the conveyor to any given situation. It is made out of stabilized plastic pipes which are connected by chains on both sides.

Water is circulated through the system by a pump station and supplied to the top of the cooling pad via a water distribution pipe ant the deflector. The water flows down the corrugated surface of the evaporative cooling pad.

The LUBING Top-Climate-System was developed for effective humidifying, cooling and dust binding of the house air. It works according to the principle of the direct evaporative cooling.

Through high pressure nozzles water is injected into the house air with a pressure of 70 bar as fog. The fog evaporates immediately and causes the cooling of the house air by extracting heat. This cooling effect saves energy because the ventilation rate can be throttled.

During heating periods and after the arrival of young animals the LUBING Top-Climate-System is used for the rise of the humidity to optimum value. The world-wide approved LUBING Top-Climate-System operates successfully with any kind of ventilation system. Even in open houses with only low compulsory ventilation, a considerable improvement of the house climate is achieved. The Drinking-Systems for the alternative systems for layers with several tiers do not differ in principle of the Drinking-Systems for a one tier system.

These Drinking-Systems are not comparable with those for the cages or the enriched cages!

Under possible uneven distribution of the animals in this system, different values for the birds/nipple must be used. Also with the drinking line length at increased number of nipples other data must be considered. With the automatic flushing-system your drinking system is flushed by itself. With the LUBING controller LCW-8 you can flush up to 8 drinking lines separately. This system can be easily retrofitted into existing drinking systems.

Needed components:

With the LUBING controller (1) the duration and timing of flushing can be adjusted to individual needs. With that you can adjust the time required for a sufficient flushing depending on the length of the drinking lines and thus avoid water waste also during the flushing.

Each drinking line is flushed separately, but it is also possible to flush several drinking lines at the same time by clamping them to the same contact.

The solenoid valve of the flush kit (2) is also attached to the supply line of the pressure regulator. The entire unit between the water supply hose and the pressure regulator is delivered pre-assembled.
