The conveyor system is of crucial importance for egg farms of all sizes. Variations in buildings arrangement always require a tailor-made individual solution. Therefore we based our LUBING curve conveyor on the following concept:

• Maximum operational safety and minimum maintenance.
• A unit construction system with elements designed to cope with any imaginable spot requirements, all kinds of curves, heights and distances.
• Conveyor chain widths of between 200 and 750 mm (8 in. - 30 in.).
• Capacities ranging from 20, 000 to over 90, 000 eggs per hour at a conveying speed of 7 m/min.
• Optimum rentability.

The conveyor chain runs backwards and forwards on stable plastic sliding profiles. The straight sections of the conveyor belt consist of connecting elements either 2 m or 3 m long. The side profiles and cross-struts are made of anodised aluminium. All plastic sliding profiles and guide elements are wear and tear-resistant and can be easily replaced on the system.

Especially for the floor keeping, space saving and competitive Conveyor systems are requested. LUBING has responded to this demand and developed a conveyor that complies with these requirements. Of course we keep the LUBING quality.

The components are: Mini Drive with integrated pivoting unit , chain tensible at the mini drive or at the idling unit, deflection with integrated pivoting unit, gear motor with torque support can be fitted directly on the drive shaft, conveyor chain made of untreated chain links together with pre-galvanized rods.

Slopes up to 28 are possible

The LUBING Steep conveyor Climber works with two outer guided roundlink chains with welded cross bars. This guarantees high performance of function.

Together with the plastic tab elements it is the key point of the conveyor and allows to have inclines or declines up to 60 (possible with cover caps only). In the center of the conveyor no supports or guide elements are needed for dividing or diverting the egg flow.

All parts are according to the LUBING curve conveyor system but especially designed for farms with floor management as breeder egg farms as well as conveyors for dirty egg return a.s.o. The system consists of proven standard parts as drives, bends, pivots, telescopes for lift systems and intermediate drives for long conveyors without transfers are parts of this concept.

Steep inclines or declines are accomplished on short distances. Trouble free level changes of 67 inch (1, 7 m) height by 39, 5 inch (1 m) length are possible.
