LMI offers its customers rolling ring traverse drive with sensors and user programmable controller for flexible and efficient winding operation. In this new system the pitch setting scale and reversing lever is done away with. The user can define and monitor his winding requirements (such as conical) or do referencing and pitch settings in the touch screen. Other options include managing spool width, spool dia, reversal points and similar necessary parameters. The supervisor can save the settings in the system memory and recall it depending on his winding application needs.

Customer can easily integrate our Rolling ring drive in their existing Hauloff / Takeup / Winder. The shaft rotation can be utilised for automatic synchronization of the linear speed with the spool speed.

LMI offers Thermal Transfer Overprinting machine for continuous and intermittent printing as well as off-line printing. The intermittent machines are suitable where the web material or item to be printed stops once per machine cycle and continuous printers are for use where the substrate material or object to be printed is fed continuously when the parent machine is operating.

Versatile Thermal Transfer Printer, capable of printing quality images, including Texts, Graphics, Dates, Bar codes and 2D codes on to flexible packaging material, including labels, films, foils, cartons and cards. They are available in two print widths, 53 mm and 107 mm and can print images up to 500 mm long.
