Submersible Flat Cables

JAINSON SUPER3, 4 core Flat, pump cables are produced from electrolytic copper & conductor are insulated with a special PVC compound outer sheath consist of highly abrasion resistant PVC compound impervious to grease, oil and water etc. Standard length cable packing: Coils 100, 500, 1000m. and as per customer's requirements.JAINSON SUPERPVC Flat, pump cables are ideal for Irrigation pumps, Drinking water supply pumps, Offshore Drilling rings and Sawage.

Winding Wires

These winding wires have very thin insulation thickness which makes them useful in smaller submersible pumps such as V4 pumps. The old pumps are to be rewound the stator slots get smaller and they require thinner winding wires.

"JAINSON SUPER"Super winding wires manufactured from bright-annealed 99.97% pure bare copper conductors these wires have low conductor resistance and hence high flux capacity. The thin insulation thickness is achieved through precision extrusion of specially developed and manufactured polymeric compound. Each coil is put through quality checks and water immersion test for trouble free marathon performance.
