This type of a machine is preferred for higher outputs with multiple washing options using various washing medias suitable for glass/PET bottles.

The unpacked bottles that are loaded onto the platform are then aligned in rows on the wire mesh conveyor. These are then automatically fed to the respective bottle holders. The system works on an intermittent sequence which takes individual rows for internal and external wash as per the users convenience. The washed bottles are then automatically unloaded onto the conveyor which is connected to the turn table. This ensures a continuous feeding of bottles into the filling system.

The machine conduction is S. S. 304 (cladding) and the contact parts are made of S. S. 316.

The machine has been specifically designed for online rinsing bottles using pressurized air or water jets. The bottles are automatically loaded and unloaded via neck-holding inverting type.

Following the turntable, the bottles are securely held by the neck through uniquely designed holders, and inverted at 180 degrees for a thorough wash. They are finally straightened tot he original position and fed for further operation.

The machine has been specifically designed to wash the various types of bottles in the market internally and externally. This is done by subjecting the bottles to a range of washing sequences through different washing mechanisms by means of stationary water jets timed to fixed duration.

The machine operates on the indexing principle, while the unique design provides the type of wash media. Each wash is repeated twice, without the mixing of wash media during the entire process.
