Structures of the machine

1. unilateral bearing(Made in Germany)

Embedded in the ultra-carbide, and with roller bearings and wear resistance, It is safety, high precision and long life. The gears are re-grinding by heat-treated HRC600 with high transmission accuracy.

2. Roller wheel

3. Disc brakes(General brake)

4. Reverse facing device

4) The flattening adjusting adopts floating four-point balancing equipment, with the dial indicator, which can find the leveling point rapidly.

5) Adopts high precision bearing to prolong life span.

6)Due to the differences of the material quality, width and thickness, there are no fixed values as the preferences; therefore, taking some materials for pilot run before the mass production and start the continuous assembly after it reaches the standard.
