3d Mastering Machine

2D3D Mastering is considered as one of the most reliable and difficult to repeat security hologram mastering methods. Light Logics HOLOMAST LL23DA mastering machine creates high security 2D3D and full 3D holographic images. The system uses high quality optics, honeycomb vibration isolation table with pneumatic legs, fine opto-mechanics and laser cut positioning components, along with a Japanese He-Cd laser, which is rated as the best in the industry. HOLOMAST LL23DA is designed to deliver repeatable performance and recording of quality master holograms that embodies finely crafted security features. Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) image of a security hologram master produced by the HOLOMAST LL23DA system is shown below to highlight the quality of the submicron diffractive structures recorded.
