ANTI-ABRASIVE SLIDABLE TYPE SLEEVE

These are sliding sleeves which cover both sides of slings. These can be moved on the sling body to where protection is required. These are most common types of protection sleeves since they are ideal for handling load with sharp edges. Sleeves remain fixed on load while on stretches sling moves. Moveable sleeves are available in various types and material construction.

ANTI-ABRASIVE STITCHED TYPE SLEEVE

These are protection sleeves which are permanently stitched on the body of sling. These are ideal in application where wear points are fixed or sling has to be passed through narrow openings where movable sleeves can displace from the wear points. Dunnage bags, also known as airbags are convenient, fast and cost effective alternative to secure and stabilize cargo in ISO sea containers, closed rail cars, trucks and on-going vessels. They are placed in the void between the cargo items. The use of dunnage bag can have a positive impact on road safety. According to European Commission Transportation Department “It has been estimated that up to 25% accidents involving trucks can be attributable to inadequate cargo securing”

Dunnage bags are very easy to work with. They inflate rapidly with the use of an inflator using compressed air. Dunnage bags are very safe to use for both the shipping and receiving end of the transportation. They are waterproof. The cushions are easy to install and are inflated by compressed air often by means of an outlet in the truck’s compressed air system or compressors.

PAPER DUNNAGE BAG:The paper used on the outside of the bag is laminated on the inside with a woven polypropylene layer,   which allows higher resistance to punctures and moisture. These inflatable dunnage air bags are designed for securing cargo in  trucks & containers.

WOVEN POLYPROPYLENE DUNNAGE BAG:

Woven polypropylene bags are made from inside LDPE liner and woven polypropylene outside. These inflatable dunnage air bags can be used in trucks, containers, railcars & ships.

An E-Track System consists of at least one track running along each side of the trailer. Sometimes there may be multiple tracks. The tracks take their name from the shape of the receiving holes. Those holes accept a locking mechanism that, when looked at from the side resemble the letter “E”

Cargo control is undoubtedly a bit easier when you have walls to work with. In fact, those walls can be used to our advantage by way of E-Track System which is most common in modern dry goods trailers in abroad but in India it is still not available.

Minimal tie- down points and lack of adjust ability in trucks and containers can sometimes make it difficult to get a secure grip on whatever it is that you may be moving. If not secured correctly, your cargo has the potential to slide during transit which could lead to damage to not only the object, but your vehicle as well. With an E-Track Cargo system, you have a variety of anchor points that make securing cargo a breeze. There are several attachments available that allow you customize your cargo system to meet your exact needs.

E track straps are helpful pieces of equipment to have when you are moving. Nobody enjoys the process of moving. Having to pack up all of your possessions and then stack them into a truck or trailer is time consuming and tedious. If the possessions that you stack are not arranged correctly, items can slide around during your move. This can result in damaged items. In order to prevent slippage, consider using E track straps when you are using a trailer to move. Using the E track straps, you create anchor points throughout the trailer in order to securely keep items in place. E track straps are a type of ratchet strap. They use a spring-loaded method to snap the ends onto the track and will not budge until you use the release mechanism.

E-Track Cam Buckle Strap is one of the best ways to secure cargo in the back of a trailer by utilizing E Track rails that are aligned on the walls and the flooring of the trailer. E Track Systems are incredibly easy to install into the walls and flooring of your trailer which allows you to use Cam Buckle E Track Straps to quickly fasten cargo by snapping into the e track rails.

A Cam Buckle Strap is a piece of hardware that allows for the tightening of excess slack from the polyester tie down webbing. This allows the polyester webbing to be locked into place and ready to be secured for transportation. Cam Buckles have a similar design to seatbelts where the slack is pulled through by the force of your hand while the teeth of the Cam Buckle secure the cargo into place once the tie down webbing is at its desired strength that prevents cargo from becoming unsecured.

Cam Buckles are available in 25 mm, 35 mm & 50 mm width and different lengths.

Wall to Wall Lashing is another advantage when you use E-Track System. You can adjust different type of loads in single truck with the help of E-Track System and appropriate Cam Buckle or ratchet Straps

Helideck Nets are used on the offshore helicopter landing decks, oil rigs and platforms where more friction and support are required. The purpose of these nets is to prevent the Helicopter from rolling, skidding and pitching off the helipads.  Using natural fiber rope Sisal to avoid issues with rust & damage, the helideck net provides friction and grip for when the helicopter lands on the helipad.

CAP 437 Standards for Offshore Helicopter Landing Areas Chapter 3 7.3 states – “It is preferable that the rope is constructed of sisal, with a maximum mesh size of 200 mm.”

Standard Sizes

The minimum size of the landing net required depends upon the size/type of helicopter for which the landing area is to be used.  The following standard sizes are available:

• Small 9 metres by 9 metres.
• Medium 12 metres by 12 metres.
• Large 15 metres by 15 metres.

The Ratchet Lashing system is used for securing cargo while transporting, shifting or storage. It is a modern, light weight and thoroughly reliable method of securing all types of load across an entire spectrum of requirements. It offers significant advantages over any other securing system. Ratchet Lashing is a Reusable, Cost effective tie-down using Polyester webbing & Ratchet Buckle and has replaced ropes, chains and wires used for transportation. The Ratchet Buckle provides the tensioning force. The tension is uniform and locking mechanism ensures that the tension is retained till it is unlocked. This ensures complete locking of strap in position and also provides unlocking mechanism which is safe and fast. Polyester Webbing has the least of elongation (less than 7 %) and is soft and safe to use with high shock absorbing capacity (up to 90%)

Cargo nets are used to load and unload cargo using a method of lifting that draws the corners of a net around its load to a gathered point located above the load providing secure and balanced lifting. Our cargo handling nets are manufactured from Polyamide and Polypropylene Ropes as these ropes have better shock absorption properties and therefore provide solutions for safer cargo lifting. 

A Cargo nets comprise of three parts

• Mesh Cord or Mesh Rope: The cord or Rope from which the mesh of the net is constructed
• Border Rope or Side Rope: The Cord or Rope which surround the net and determine the overall size of net i.e. Length and Breadth
• Tie Cord or Hands: These are the ropes attached to the border rope at all four corners, provided with loops by which the net is lifted.

FERRETEXX THE ANTI CUT SLEEVE FOR COIL HANDLING

FERRETEXX is Extreme condition sleeve to lift almost anything. Ultra sharp edges are now easiest job for synthetic slings. Cam Buckle work similar to how a seatbelt works where the slack or excess webbing is pulled through tightly by hand and the teeth inside of the Cam Buckle locks onto the polyester tie down webbing to help prevent it from becoming loose. When Cam Buckles are being done being used to secure your cargo there is a release mechanism that can quickly allow the slack in the tie down webbing to be pulled out in the opposite direction as they were secured. These are some of the most reliable and yet extremely economical tie downs inside the transportation industry.

Roller cradles are used in pipeline lay down operation. The rollers evenly distribute the pressure on the pipe, avoiding the risk of cracking the welds and preserving the coating.

Roller Cradles are designed to support pipes and pipeline lifting machineries. Each cradle consists of wide range pipe sizes. The unique design permits quick disassembly for transit and storage.
